Jax was sitting in his room going through the manuscript he pulled from the fire. He put it down in a box and laid back on his bed staring at the ceiling. Chibs and Tig were at the pool table. Clay was on the phone
"Rosen?" Gemma asked
"Yeah Luann's in the clear." Clay said
"Auto not so much" he finished
"Why what happened?" Tig asked
Clay chuckled and put his hands on his sides "he shattered Stahls face." Clay laughed
"About time someone did it." Harley said taking a shot
"Oh god I love that man." Tig said as the others began to laugh
"He agreed to the club not to say anything." Clay walked away
Putting his hands up in the air "we're clear of the ATF ladies and gents." He shouted
"Now that I got you in a good mood, Jax's house just some remolding and shit for the baby." She said
" twenty three hundred dollars for panting?! I can have the prospect do it for free!" He exclaimed
Juice looked at the security cameras
"Clay!! Cops!!" The time juice said it the cops busted through the door and everyone went to the ground including Harley as Jax rushed out from his dorm they pushed him against the wall. Tackled clay to the ground and arrested bobby as Stahl walked through the door
"I'll call Rosen bobby!" Jax called
Stahl kicked him
"That's it you stupid fucking whore!" Harley got up from the ground and managed to get a couple licks on her and was able to break her nose as she was put in cuffs too.
"HARLEY" Jax shouted as Stahl kicked him again. Harley with her arms cuffed behind her she struggled her hardest to get out of the cops grip. "That's my girl" Gemma chuckled as Stahl kicked her in her stomach
Clay was discussing with the crew why bobby was arrested as Jax was trying to discuss what they could do to get Harley out with Unser. Since it was only an assault they took her to Unser.
She was shaking the cell doors screaming as loud as she could "let me get at the whore bitch!" She shouted "I'm gonna rip her fucking throat out" she screamed as she kicked the cage door with her hard leather boots.
"Harley you gotta calm down or you're gonna get yourself in more trouble." Hale told her
"Come here" She said
He got closer to the cage as Jax walked back and he watched what happened
"Don't tell me what to fucking do!" She shouted as she grabbed his shirt collar through the cage door and pulled him against the bars a couple times causing a gash to his head
"HEY HEY!" Unser and Jax both went to get hale away from her
Unser took Hale and talked to him about Harley's situation as Jax stood at her door. Her tattooed hands with her bloodied knuckles gripped the bars of the cage door. The veins in her neck building. Her face was red. Those flames in her eyes once more but now brighter and bigger. Like a fire had just been doused with gasoline. Jax had never seen like this. She was almost like a wild animal. She was going nuts. He reached his arms through the bars and grabbed her hand she had let down from the bars.
"I love you Harley." He told her. Her eyes softened. "I'm gonna get money from clay to bail you out. I'll be back in the morning." He promised
They said their goodbyes and Jax got on his bike and left, returning to the clubhouse they discussing the situation with the witness and why bobby was arrested with Jax.
"We're a man short." Clay said
"I called every number" juice said "even Donna" He told them
"Maybe she changed the damn house number." Piney said slamming his hand on the table
"Alright. I'll go get him." Jax said getting up from the table
"Well you better find him!" Tig said
"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Piney asked looking at Tig
"Only two other guys witnessed to that hit one of thems in jail and one thems-" Jax cut him off
"HEY! Don't even say it asshole!" He shouted at Tig
Tig got up in Jax's face and yelling began to start as clay stepped between the two
"everybody's nerves are fried. We can't unravel here. Now Jax is gonna get him!" Clay shouted
"The reason my son isn't here is cause he doesn't know what happened" Piney David standing up
"Exactly" Jax agreed walking out the door.
Jax was leaving to get Opie as Harley was sitting in her cell scratching at the walls.
Unser walked in to find her sitting up against the wall with her needs at her chest.
"Hale wants to talk to you if you aren't gonna try to kill him again." Unser said with a small chuckle
"If I wanted to kill him it would've already been done." She said
"Nice to know" he smiled at her as Unser left
"You sure know how to do some damage" he laughed holding his belt
"What the fuck do you want?" She asked with a scoff and a shake of her head
"I wanted to say that I got the scoop from Stahl and I'm sorry. I didn't know she was gonna go through all of this and bring down everyone else. My intention wasn't to see you sitting in a cell with blooding knuckles and my head cracked open." He laughed a little
"Oh cut it out. Anything with a pair of tits you're blushing over. I know you're biggest dream is to kill SAMCRO. Well not gonna happen. It won't and trying to do so is gonna get you killed. That's not a threat either Hale. You know the life. You know the risks. Even though you can't do shit I know you aren't stupid. You're gonna get yourself killed." She said pointing a finger at him
"Jax is coming to bail you out tomorrow." He said as he pursed his lips thinking about what she said said.
"Bye Harley"
"Bye Hale"
Then Stahl brought in Unser and put him in the cell beside her. Stahl just smiled at Harley as she got up and gripped the cell bars once more. "Look what little bitch is behind bars." Stahl let out a laugh
"You just can't keep your fucking mouth shut can you?" Harley asked
"What's wrong? Mad cause you're locked away from you're pretty little biker boy?" She taunted
"What's wrong with your nose? Oh right. I rocked your shit you stupid bitch." Harley grabbed her belly and began to laugh and so did Unser
"Shut up shit bags!" She shouted as she threw Unser in his cell and walked out
