"(Y/N)-chan!" A small purple haired cried, tears spilling from his eyes as he ran up to the (H/C) haired girl. He hugged her legs and nuzzled his face into them. His teddy bear being squished in between the two. Two other boys came running up to her as well. They looked down at their brother with sad eyes as they watched and heard his cries.

"What happened young master?"Asked the girl as she turned around and crouched to the boy's level causing him to release his hold on her. "The bats I caught got away!" He said as he pointed at the bats that were flying in the sky. One of the two other boys smiled kindly at the purple haired boy and put a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry Kanato, we'll catch them again!" "Stop your crying! Ayato-sama will catch them for you!" The two boys exclaimed. (Y/N) smiled at Kanato and wiped away his tears. "See? There's no need to cry master. Your brothers will help you. Now go play." She placed a kiss on the boy's forehead and pat his head.

Kanato smiled at her and ran off with Laito. Ayato was also going to follow after them but instead he walked up to (Y/N). His cheeks had a light pink covering them and he was looking at his feet while fidgeting his small hands. "Master Ayato?" "C-Can I get a kiss too...?" (Y/N) grew surprised at his request but nonetheless let out a small giggle before leaning down to place a kiss on his cheek. She ruffled his hair and turned him around.

"Now go play. You only have a certain amount of time to do so, do you not?" Ayato nodded and turned to her once more giving her a grin before running towards his brothers. Unfortunately, their antics to catch the bats in the sky were stopped when a woman's voice called out to the youngest triplet. The three boys stopped and looked at the woman that was approaching them. Its was their mother, Cordelia.

She walked up to the boys and stood in front of Ayato. Laito and Kanato ran off to keep playing. "Come with me. You're going back to study. "I... I don't want to! I was studying endlessly until a little while ago! Kanato and Laito are still playing so why can't I!?" Ayato said as he looked up at his mother and clenched his small hands into fists. Cordelia crossed her arms and calmly looked at her son.

"It's because you're different from other children. Now listen to what I have to-" "No! I still want to play some more!" Cordelia raised her hand in the air and swung it down to slap the child but her hand came in contact with someone else. (Y/N) had her head turned to the side, and a scratch now visible on her cheek. Cordelia glared at the small female and grit her teeth. (Y/N) was holding Ayato protectively in her arms.

"Madam Cordelia. Please refrain from harming any of the young masters." (Y/N) turned her gaze to Cordelia gave her a cold stare. "Who do you think you are to speak to me that way?! And how dare you interrupt me while I- Ah..." Cordelia looked at her hand and amusingly lifted it up to clearly see the drop of blood on her that was rolling down her middle finger. She licked the drop of blood and let out a satisfied moan.

"So sweet... So addicting..." (Y/N) looked at the woman with disgust in her eyes. She pressed Ayato's face into the crook of her neck as she slightly bowed. "Madam. I ask that you leave master Ayato to me. I will assure he gets back to his studies and personally assist him with them." Cordelia smirked and waved her hand at her. "After that delicious treat, it's only fair for me to let you. Remember Ayato, if I catch you slacking off again you won't be recognized as my child anymore and will be drowned to the bottom of the lake."And with that she walked off. (Y/N) sighed and gently placed Ayato on his feet.

"Are you alright young master?" Ayato's small body shook with anger as he looked down. His hair creating a shadow over his eyes. Tears fell from his eyes and onto the ground. "Why did you do that...? Mother hurt you... all because of me... You should of let her hit me! I don't want (Y/N) to get hurt ever..." (Y/N) looked at the boy with shock.

She sighed and sat on the floor on her knees. She lifted Ayato's face and looked into his eyes. She gave him a warm smile and wiped his tears. "You shouldn't shed tears for a mere servant such as myself. My sole purpose as the maid of the Sakamaki Mansion is to protect you and your brothers. I will endure anything to make sure you are safe."

Ayato wrapped his hand around (Y/N)'s right hand and wrist as more tears fell from his eyes. "No! I don't want anything to happen to you! I'm going to get stronger so I can protect you! I promise! And when I do I'll get rid of mother and I'll make you my wife!" (Y/N) laughed and picked up Ayato as she stood up straight.

"You shouldn't say such things to a maid." Ayato wiped his tears away and wrapped his arms around her neck. He licked the scratch on her cheek and smiled. "I mean it! When I get older you're going to become Ore-sama's wife! You're his princess!" (Y/N) shook her head at his foolishness and placed another kiss on his cheek.

"Very well then. Now let's play for a bit before you go back to study." Ayato looked at her surprised but quickly grinned and nodded then adjusted his position so that he was sitting on (Y/N)'s shoulders. He gave her a quick hug and a kiss on top of her head.

"I love you (Y/N)-chan!"

(Y/N) slipped her gloves onto her hands as she stood in front of her floor length mirror. She lazily looked at her reflection. As she reached up to adjust the headband on her head, a pair of pale arms made their way around her waist and a head was leaning on her left shoulder. "Karl... Please let go." The man only hummed and nuzzled his face into the crook of her neck, inhaling her sweet, alluring scent. His hair was a bit messy and his body was bare due to the activities that they had previously engaged in.

The only thing covering him was the blanket that was poorly tied around his hips. Karlheinz began to place kisses on the side of her neck as she stared blankly at mirror and tried to remove his arms from her body. "I barely see you and when I do visit you, you want to leave... You sure are one difficult woman to seduce..." (Y/N) turned around to face and held his face gently in her hands. She smiled sweetly at him as she lightly stroked his cheek.

"I enjoy the time we spend together... But, don't forget that my job requires for me to protect your offspring and in order to do that I have to be with them as much as possible." Karlheinz grit his teeth and brought one hand up to grasp her smaller one. "I know... And I hate that. That's why I had that girl come here. So that they would distance themselves from you... You belong to me an me only..."

(Y/N) managed to slip out of the white haired man's hold and picked up her collar from the floor. She fixed it around her neck before turning back to Karlheinz and placing a short kiss on his pale lips. "Whatever you say. I have to go now Karl so goodbye. Oh and make sure your offspring don't see you when you leave." Karl sent her smirk and sighed as she left the room. (Y/N) ran her hands through her hair and made her way to the the kitchen.

"Now... Time to prepare tonight's dinner. I better hurry before one of the masters comes in here to pester me..."
