The first 24 hours are the most vital in finding a missing person. So what hope do people still have after 10 years? The answers vary. From mothers to daughters, past offenders to police, some can relate to the pain and others are left with the almost frozen case. The hole in the case is that shes only missing, no bodies have ever been found or any mysterious sighting or anonymous tips have come around. The case stopped cold while walking on it's path to completeness. The frustration has blown over at this point and May has become a simple statistic amongst the others. Disappearing on October 12th, May Loui has yet to be seen ever again. There was no sense of foul play or a reason for it, so those options have been erased. There was not a trace of doubt from her family that she had planed of coming back after her excursion. It was her home, her life. The only thing taken was her purse, in which was her wallet, ID, credit card, ect. It was a mystery as to why and how she had disappeared. Some speculate that she planned it and others say she was abducted... Why does this all matter to Nikki? Simple, it doesn't. Shes the only one who doesn't care out of her coworkers and friends. A coffee shop on 10th street isn't a place for mystery, which is why she went there in the first place, but isn't a place to slack off either. Nikki, the eldest and longest employee of Oasis Café, keeps order and trains new employees. She also introduces them into the little group of friends going on within the work group. A new coworker, name Lucy, is fresh out of high school and was in need of a job. Introduced into the group by Nikki, Lucy slowly joins the small family of close friends. What story could lie within that family?
