"Do you believe love at first sight?" Lena asks.

We were at our date in a small diner with milkshakes and burgers.

"Yes, yes I do." I quickly say.

"Can I then say something crazy?" She says.

I nod quickly.

"I was stuck, in a box for so long and I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm in love with you."

She laughs. "I can't believe I just said that, but when I first saw you it felt like love at first sight. Like we were meant to be."

"Here's the funny thing too, Lena; when I first saw you it was love at first sight for me, too. I think we were meant to be."

That was when she shakes her head and grabs her bag and runs out of the diner to the pouring rain.

Leaving a couple of bills on the table, I run outside to find Lena soaking wet.

Holding my jacket on top of my head like and umbrella I run to Lena, who looked so confused.

Wrapping my arm around her waist, I pull her in with me under my jacket.

"Now, I say that the pizza girl, she is meant to be the one for me."

She then looks up to me, smiling at my now wet curls of a hair.

She quickly takes off the jacket off of me and stands on her tippy-toes to kiss me in the pouring rain.
