The look in his eyes capture me, we look straight into each other's soul.
"Because there's already a someone who took it."
I stop.
I blink.
My lips part.
He's in love...
Why does this change everything?
Why do I hear walls crumbling?
"Uhm, right." I look away from his firm stare, suddenly not feeling like talking anymore. My tongue runs over my dry lips.
I can feel his piercing gaze on me softening.
"Nari?" his voice bounces off the walls around us "Did I say something wrong?"
"N-No! I mean, no..." I immediately, but awkwardly, protest "You didn't hurt me."
"Wah- hurt you?-"
"I- arghh, its nothing really." I sigh out.
"You sure?-" I cut him off again.
My back starts sweating from our overly awkward conversation and this overly radiated room.
"I feel a little too hot in here, can we go outside?"
His furrowed brows relax back to their previous positions and a small smile paints its path on Jungkook's face.

"Nari, the doctor said you need to rest for a bit because your immune system is weak at the moment." He scolds at me, chuckling at the end.
"Kook! Come on!" I throw my arms up "A wheelchair? I can walk fine." I arch my neck back so I can see his face in full view. My lips curl to a pout.
He continues to grip on to the handles of the wheelchair behind me as his legs push me further into the hospital's flower-grounds.
He mumbles something out.
"What you say?" I question as I switch my hold on the IV stand to my other hand.
"Nothin'." He cooes.
Everything's good. Somehow, going outside erased those ugly, akward moments we had just an hour ago. Everything's calm, like how I wanted it, and everything is in serenity.
I motion him to stop. I get off of the wheelchair as I drag my IV stand with me towards a specific plant. The hospital's flower-grounds are filled with tons and tons of different species of flower bushes and leaves and plants. It's so colorful, its blinding me a tad bit.
I cautiously walk up to a rose bush as its pronged thorns point out like freshly sharpened daggers. I admire its impressively razor-sharp needles and its red, brightly painted petals. I bow down closer to it, letting my nose get a swift fresh smell of the attractive roses. I suddenly jerk up in shock.
"Hey! Careful!" Jungkook runs over to me.
And as I turn, my feet trip on to one another and that's when I realize I'm falling backwards, towards those spiny thorns. I shriek out as I wait for a painful beat to the back but nothing. I feel nothing.
Instead, arms wrap around my hips and waist. I quickly latch on to the owner's broad shoulders in order to help the guy who's arms are wrapped around me. I open my eyes wide and I see the one and only Jungkook, a pained and hurt expression on his face.
"Kook?"
"Hey, you okay?"
"Yes but-... you don't look to..." I trail off.
"Mind helping me?" He lets out painfully as his arms are still around my body.
My face scrunches in misunderstanding.
Still confused, I slide down from his grip and out from his side. I bring a hand towards my mouth as I gasp in surprise.
His arms are pushed against the rose bush and you could see thorns digging into his skin. He groans in agony.
"I-I'm so sorry. I, I.."
"Get a nurse!" His eyes widen.
"Oh right! Damnit, hold on!" I mentally face-palm myself right on the forehead for being dumb.
If his arm wasn't there, I would've been hurt. Not him.
Jungkook's POV
I watch Nari with her IV stand clanking beside her as she runs towards the hospital entrance as no nurse or doctor was outside. I look down at my arm as I try to separate it from the unfortunately thorny bush. I force myself to rip my arm away from the plant.
"Owh!" I grown, eyes swelling a bit from the pain.
Blood pools on to my skin, some thorns still on-attack on my poor skin.
"Dude, I did nothing wrong." I whine out to the non-human being "I just protected her. Simple!"
I frown at it.
"She's just like you, beautiful but dangerous. Alluring yet venomous."
I love her.
