"Can you walk? Do you feel tired? You want some water?" Jungkook kept throwing questions at me as we walked down the forest trail. We decided to take a walk because I was bored at home... when you have six loving hyungs, three family like friends and a husband like Kookie who won't even let you make your own coffee because you are pregnant with a Junior Kookie at 8 months and 2 weeks.... what else can you expect... all I did at home was to read novels and short stories at my bed.
"Kookie I am okay... it's not even been 5 minutes that we started walking... calm down.... and let me enjoy the winter breeze...."
"Who the hell on earth enjoys winter breeze? It's so cold.... why did you want to take a walk now?" He said covering my ears with a warm muffler.
"I do! What's the problem with it? Don't you enjoy going on walks with me? Are you complaining? I should've asked Augustin...he never says no to anything I ask him..." I teasingly pouted at him.
"When did I complain? I was just worried about you~ and our junior!!!"
"Is it so...?"
"YES IT IS!!!"
"Kookie~" I cutely said.
"You want to eat something again....don't you? Don't give me that look" he said as he noticed I was blinking my eyelashes trying to be cute...which worked on him every time! "Fine! Just tell me what it is...." he said giving up.
"Ice cream!!!!"
"Not again! You've already gulped down so many ice creams this week...and it's freakin' winter! Do you not feel cold?"
"Please Kookie? I really want to have ice cream... Junior Kookie wants it too!"
"Okay baby.... I'll go get it... till then, you sit on that bench and if there's any problem just call me, Okay?" he said cupping my cheeks and left after kissing my forehead for a minute.
I started walking down to the bench when someone suddenly grabbed my elbow and turned me around.
"Elliot? What are you doing here?"
"Noor? You.... that's what happens if you leave the gym" he said with confidence.
"Stupid! I haven't gained weight... I'm pregnant" I said as we settled in the bench.
"What? When did you marry? I thought I had a chance with you..."
"It's been an year. We never had a chance. I never liked you... It was you who kept clinging to me!"
"Yeah...you are right. But I'm happy for you. Congratulations! On being married and soon-to-being mother" he said laughing. I feel good that we are on good terms now. Suddenly I felt a sharp pain. I knew at that moment that all this while was the calm before the storm.
"Elliot! Take my phone and call Jungkook!"
"Jungkook? Is he your husband? Are you okay?" he asked as he grabbed my phone and called Jungkook in a hurry. In a moment Jungkook was beside me holding my shoulders, kneeling down in front of me.
"Noor! What is it? Are you in okay?"
"Kookie.... my water broke"
That was enough for him to understand that it's time. He carried me to the car and drove as fast as he could. He informed our family about me and asked them to reach there. I was hurried to the OT as we reached the hospital.
I was lying on the hospital bed and at that moment the pain was unbearable. The doctors came. Kookie was with me holding my hand tight and mumbling that everything would be fine. At that moment I was reminded of the time when we first knew that we are going to have a new member join our family... our own... Junior Kookie...
"Jungkook..." I whispered in Kookie's ear as he was still sleeping.
"Hmm...?"
"I'm pregnant... we are soon going to have a Junior Kookie"
"Hmm....." I frowned at him.... did he not hear me? Is this an everyday thing? As I was having these thoughts Kookie sprang up on the bed... "WHAT. DID. YOU. SAY???? REPEAT IT!!!"
"Umm.... I'm pregnant- " he didn't even let me finish it and he hugged me tight.... burying his face in my neck.
"I'm so happy!!! This is awesome! We'll be mum and dad soon... I can't believe this.... I love you... Noor Alan!!!"
"Yeah....but you are choking me...."
"Oh! I'm sorry.... this is..... so.... overwhelming... I didn't know becoming a dad could make me this happy!" he said as he released me and cupped my cheeks... "When did you know?"
"Just now.... and... I thought... the dad should be the first one to hear about the baby..."
We chuckled together... Kookie looked at me lovingly... I opened my arms for him and he came to me like a baby and hugged me as if the world's going to end. Nishi and Jimin literally started running and jumping around hearing the news. Everyone was happy... everyone hugged me and congratulated us. We even celebrated the news with a picnic and camping with everyone. Jokes started around Kookie being a dad.... there was no bound to our happiness...

Reality hit me again as the pain was increasing with a great pace.
"Noor push! You can do it! Just a few more moments...." Jungkook stroked my hair, eyes filled with pain.
And those few yet long painful moments finally came to an end. Jungkook held him in his hands almost not believing what he saw, I could see the intense happiness he felt. He looked at me smiling, with eyes overwhelmed... soon tears filled his eyes and he called him.... Ethan... the apple of everyone's eyes finally opened his eyes and immediately became the favorite of everyone. Soon I was transferred to the normal room as I passed out. When I opened my eyes... I had everyone I loved in front of my eyes... everyone was around Ethan, deciding names for him and fighting over whom he'll love more when he grows up. Kookie came to sit beside me and held my hand tenderly.... this said everything he couldn't. He patted my hair and then kissed my forehead.
That was a time.... I went through a ton of pain.... but it was worth it. Having Ethan with us is incomparable to any happiness of the world... Nishi and Simmi absolutely love him... spending time with him is their favorite thing to do. And that takes us to their story.... Simmi-August, Nishi-Jimin.... what happened to them? That..... is another story.... an interesting one.....
"Mum! Tell me about how you, Nishi and Simmi got married! How did you meet? What happened???" here he goes again.... why are kids so curious about everything?
