Waking up, things were blurry. I knew I wasn't at home but hoped to God, I had just blacked out and had a mentally insane yet adventurous dream but hoped to God it was so not real. Looking around, the room I was in had pristine white walls, with nothing hung on them. Not even pictures... Well thats boring. There was no other bed in this room, just the one I was laying one which I then noticed was really uncomfortable, which brought an unhappy look to my face. The light wasnt a light bulb, but I didn't know what it was because I couldn't look at it for too long, even though things were blurry it still hurt. Turning my head, there was a figure beside me, making me jump and rub my eyes, which didn't help at all.

'"Who's there? Whats's going on? I can't make out your face..." I was starting to panick. Last real thing I remember was going into town.. Had I fell and hit my head? Was this a dream too? Where am I?

"Relax Emilia, it's just me; Abbie," I heard a cheery and annoyingly upbeat voice say. It was way too bright and I was way too groggy for such an upbeat mood. I couldn't take this, I had to be able to see-- Wait. Did she just say Abbie... Screw my eye sight, what the....

"Abbie? As in the girl from my bizarre dream, who stands in weird clothes and makes arrows appear out of a basket, perfect shot, insane portal thingy from my dream? That Abbie?" I said so fast, that even though I was partially blind, even I could see the cogs turning in her head, as she tried to keep up with what I said.

"Yeah.. I think so..." She said. My vision was starting to clear and I could make out a massive chessure cat smile on her face. Her happiness was going to start to irritate me. I could already tell.

"Okay... I want to go home. Now please. Open open the portal-thingy and take me home from this-- Where am I? Where the hell am I?" I said, cutting myself off.

"Araura." She chimed.

"This place, doesn't exist. If I remember my science, this place doesn't exist and common sense tells me your insane!" I was really starting to panick.

"Says the girl who just told me to 'open the portal-thingy to take you home' and I'm the insane one?" She asked in a matter-of-fact tone. So, okay she had a point...

My vision had cleared up completely now and Abbies eyes were carrabean blue, and she was looking right at me. I looked around again and noticed that this place resembled a hospital.

"Where am I?" I asked as nice as I could muster in this state of mind that I was in.

"I already told you, Araura." She answered in a tone that made me sound stupid. Trying to keep my face straight I replied, "Yeah, I heard that part. Where am I in.. 'Araura'?" The question was tense but Abbie didn't sense it. Looking down beside her i noticed her bow and arrows. they were clean and fine to the touch. The string looked like it had never been used but then come to think about it, I'd never seen a real bow before so that kinda failed.

"Your in a room, in a building that goes underground." she answered like I was a child. She was bugging me already, but she was my only way home so she would have to do,

I looked out the window and noticed buildings. I thought she said we were underground. I could even see the sun through the window.

"Ermm..." I mumbled and pointed to the window. The look on my face must have been a look of confusion because the tone she answered me in was like she was answering a question, I hadnt quite managed to ask.

"We do it to make people stay sane, in the ward." The ward? Am I in a hospital? Where's all the medical staff? This is getting more confusing by the second.

"I need to go the toilet, I need a shit." I said so she didnt need to ask me any questions, she giggled and then told me where it was.

Leaving the room, I noticed the halls are exactly the same as the room I was in. There was no reception desk though. There is one on every floor normally right. Were people phsycics in this place. I needed to get out of here and get home. My mam would be freaking out. Looking down each way of the hall, I noticed, that every door was closed. The lights didnt flicker and there was no sound, not even the sound of a mouse. Or a cricket. Infact, I could almost see some imaginary tumble weed, roll past. Turning on my heel, I decided to actually go to the toilet like I had told Abbie I would.

Entering the toilet, I went into the first cubicle there. The toilets, were also pristine white, and I was starting to wonder if they knew what the word colourful meant. That would stop people from going insane. The toilet chain was a motion senser of some sort, or a weight because when I was got off the toilet, the toilet flushed itself... 'They musn't like finger prints' I sarcastickly thought to myself. Leaving the cubicle, I went to the sink, but when i went to turn the tap on, there was none there, but as I lowered my hands into the sink, they became wet, and then soapy. I looked at my hands in amazement. They were washing themselves. Lifting my hands out the sink to get a closer look, the soap and water dried and vanished and I was left with clean hands that had washed themselves.

Abbie was right. I am the insane one.

Knowing I was still wearing my own clothes, which I thought was ironic because they had tried to keep everything so clean but they let me keep my dirty clothes on. I left the toilet and went straight down the hall. Sorry Abbie, but I always work alone. I don't care where I am. I will find my way home.

After walking for a good five minutes, I came across an elavator. The doors opened for me without me even pressing a button. When I steeped in, there was only a speaker on the wall, and a microphone. Suddenly a female voice came out of the speaker;

"Hello, and good day," She said cheerfully, are they all so happy in this place? "What floor would you like to go to from the floor 2-2-7-3?" My mouth fell open. 2-2-7-3? What in God's name.... I loooked at the mic for a second and said, "Erm, can you take me to the floor that i can leave on, or the main entrance. Or whatever..."

The speaker went dead for a second and then the cheery voice was back.

"Of course, ma' lady." She spoke with elegance. 'Ma' lady'? Who am I the queen? I mentally 'urghed' amd waited for the elavator to move. but it didn't. The doors were closed but again the place was deadly silent. The elavator was white and had nothing in it except for the mic and speakers, until I noticed the camera in the top left corner. Was that there the whole time.

The noise of the doors opening made me realise that I was on the main entrance floor, but the lift hadnt moved at all, I was sure of it.

Again, I say... I am the insane one.

Walking down the main lobby, there was no one there but it felt like I had a millon pairs of eyes on me, ignoring the feeling, I walked through the front door, and my mouth fell when I saw what I had walked out to....
