Chapter Three

He looks at his mother. "I understand why you didn't tell us. You wanted us to remember him as a good police officer." He says before hugging his mother. "Get your stuff kid. We need to get to the Centre." Says Michaek.

Trevor nods. "Mom. I have to get my stuff now. I love you." Says Trevor. His mother nods and lets go of Trevor so he could get his stuff. When he came out again he kissed his mother's forehead and got back in the car closing the door then looking at the ring which was engraved with his family's last name. Martik. The ring also had three gemstones above the name. One Ruby, one diamond, and one sapphire all in that order. Each gem was for each Generation that the ring had been passed down to. Three generations. Now four.

On the way to the airport to get to the Centre Aurora looked at Trevor. "Just so you know I am kinda new at school. I was homeschooled for a while then my parents let me go to a real school this year." Says Aurora. "Oh. That explains why I've not seen you before." He says. "Explains why you were staring at me too." Aurora chuckles. "Oh by the way why are there three gemstones on your ring?" She asks.

Trevor replied by saying, "Each Gem is a generation. This ring has been passed down three times in each Generation. Now it's four. I have to put a gem on the ring too." Aurora smiles. "I might just have to help you then." She says.

As they were boarding the jet he felt hesitant to even get on the plane. He wasn't really a big fan of flying. Trevor walked up the stairs to get in the plane and he held onto the guardrail tightly. Aurora smiled softly going up the stairs behind him.

Michaek sat in one of the six seats. Trevor and Aurora did the same. "Now when we get to the Centre you both will be in separate rooms. You won't see each other until the Reveal." Michael says.

Trevor was about to ask what the Reveal was when Aurora asked for him. "The Reveal?" She asks. Michaek sighed. "The Reveal is when the people get to meet you." He replies. "Oh right. The big thing where Jalisco Martini talks to each participant right?" Trevor then asks with Micheak nodded in reply. "Which means you two will need better outfits for the occasion." The man smiled as he said it as if he knew exactly what to do. Which he obviously did with his years of experience as the Games Representative of this year and the years before.

"David. Give Hannah a call and let her know we are bringing this year's participants to her for those outfits." Micheak asked his colleague who nodded and pulled out a cell phone as Micheak then added,  "I hope you two aren't afraid of exotic animals."
