Third P.O.V
Kyoko sat next to Aizawa's hospital bed, it was around 6 o'clock. They had spent the majority of the day at the hospital. Kyoko was all healed up thanks to Recovery Girl, and her sister. Kyoko's eyes were heavy and was just about the doze off when a voice brought her back.
"Kyo, why don't you go home? I'll watch uncle" Kyoko looked up at her sister, Akari. You wouldn't believe they were sisters until you looked at theirs. Akari had dark brown hair that was always pulled into either a ponytail or messy bun and was always in scrubs due to her job. She worked at the hospital and was a rescue hero part time. Her quirk? She erases pain from anybody temporarily until help is able to arrive and with enough concertation can take it completely erase it and deliver it to someone else. Draw back, if the pain is intense enough Akari can sometimes take in the pain and in tune will be in pain but the person will be fine. Hence why she was the number best RN in this hospital and going to medical school to be a doctor and an even better rescue hero.
Kyoko shook her head "No, I want to stay with Aizawa" Akari sighed "You know I'm here, and I'll watch him. He'll most likely be able to return tonight, and be back tomorrow"
Akari placed her hand over her uncle's hand, and concentrated. Even though he was on heavy duty medicine, Akari was still wanted him to be as comfortable as possible.
"I know, but I don't want to go back. Not yet anyway" Kyoko yawned as she spoke. Akari looked at her sister to see her head now on the bed her hand hold Aizawa's other hand. Not to long could Akari hear small snores coming from the young girl. Smiling softly she walked over with a blanket and wrapped it around Kyoko.
Petting her head, Akari sighed sadly "We miss you at home"
"I know you do" Akari looked over at Aizawa whose eyes were now open under all the bandages that covered him "Ah, you're awake" his niece greeted him giving him a small.
Stepping over to him Akari pulled out her stethoscope and listened to his breathing and heart beat "How are you feeling?"
"Like someone beat the crap out of me, and then sat on my head" Aizawa says dryly, Akari laughed lightly "Well, good thing your students came to your rescue when they did. They are pretty amazing"
"Guess you could say that" Akari rolled her eyes; she knew well enough that Aizawa was not one to praise his students. In fact she's shocked they weren't expelled.
"Funny, there is still so many in your class. What? You went soft? I remember when I was in UA in the rescue course, you expelled like 70% of your class!" Akari stated as she wrote down his vitals in his chart.
"Yeah well this year, the students have a lot of potential. Also your sister sucks; I had to make her stay at all costs. But I'm sure now with this that happened I just made her hate wanting to be a hero even more" Aizawa said this all while looking at Kyoko who was still soundly asleep, Akari looked at her little sister as well.
"We miss her at home"
"I know, give it time. I speak to your father daily, so he's still in check with everything" Akari smiled softly at her uncle "You really are the best hero Uncle"
Aizawa didn't say anything, and Akari took that as a thank you. Walking over she gave her uncle a kiss on the head realizing more of his pain that was just a dull now "I'll start getting your release papers ready, and Recovery Girl will be here shortly" Aizawa gave a sort of nod in understanding.
