There was a mask on my face, well not really, but it felt like there was. Maddie had caked a decent amount of makeup on me but I must applaud her because I actually looked... good.

Standing behind me as I'm seated on the vanity chair Maddie made quick work to do my hair. We had to be at the club at 6, and right now it's 5:12. Some girls could spend hours upon hours getting ready and Maddie and I were just those girls.

But I had to admit, it did feel nice laughing and dancing to music along the way. For a few moments it didn't feel like I was being forced to stay here.

After careful consideration Maddie decided to pin my hair up in an elegant bun and secure it tighter than Fort Knox. Exclaiming that'd I didn't want my bun to fall out later, but she'd be there to help me if it did.

Somewhere along the way between doing my makeup and my hair Maddie left and came back dressed in a semi tight sparkling red dress with a full face of natural make up on.

I don't know how she did it, I always struggled even putting on the lightest of blushes on without making myself look like a clown.

Strapping on our heels a knock echoed from the door, "It's Will, come down when you two are ready." and with that he left.

Looking at Maddie I shrugged and began walking towards the door. Might as well get this night over with.

When we made it to the foyer Maddie walked over to Will and he slung a lazy arm around her waist whilst Ace was impatiently standing against the wall by the doorway, a set of keys clutched in his hands. I also noticed that Rosetta wasn't down here, but Collin was.

I just had to let my curiosity get the best of me, "Where's Rosetta?" I asked.

"She's not coming." Collin replied, which surprised me. I figured that Ace would have replied.

"Well why not, I mean Ace said to get her ready."

"I meant get her ready as in tie her to the bed so she couldn't leave." Ace said pushing himself off the wall and walking his way over to me, "Enough with the questions, were going to be late." Ace grabbed me firmly by the waist and began tugging me towards the door.

"But Rose can't stay here all by herself." I dejected.

"We have maids that will take care of her, now come on, Rowan."

Before I could even begin to ask another question I was tugged through the doorway and walked over to a sleek, black sports
car and manhandled into the passenger seat by Ace. He buckled the seatbelt for me, making me feel as if I were 10x younger than I actually was.

I crossed my arms over my chest, pouting; not helping my situation at all because now I was really acting immature. I could care less though.

Ace hopped into the drivers seat and started the car, "Why aren't we driving with the rest of them." I gestured to Maddie and Will hoping into a different car beside us, and Collin getting into his own car farther down the driveway.

All I get in reply was a shrug, and Ace pulling out of the long driveway.

When we arrive at the club Ace parallel parks his car in front, and we walk in through the front doors. His hand wrapped around my waist possessively; warding off any opposing men.

But any man that challenged Ace was psychotic, this was his club, his territory.

Pushing past drunk, blubbering people Ace mumbles curse words under his breath from above me, the grip on my waist tightening.

I was astonished at the amount of people thumping drunkenly to pop beats...
