After Elsa's snow monster chases Anna away, Elsa pretty much stays in her room and cries. It feels a lot like before, but now I am extremely determined to help her.
I just wish there was something I could do to get her to see me.
All day I create frost all over the walls, but she doesn't notice it. She walks by and the frost goes away and transforms into the scary ice Elsa made back at her castle; when she was afraid.
"What have I done?" Elsa paces back and forth in her ballroom she created. "I'm never going to forgive myself if something happens to Anna." Ice comes off the walls in huge spikes as she continues pacing.
I watch her pace worriedly. This can't be good for her, she was just learning how cool having ice powers is. "It's okay Elsa! But you need to calm down; I don't want you to hate ice powers again."
"Get it together, Elsa! Control it." Elsa mumbles to herself looking at the spikes of ice and slight flurry of snow. "Don't feel, don't feel, don't feel!" The snow fall only seems to grow worse as she speaks.
"No, Elsa! Look at what happens when you 'don't feel'!"
Elsa pauses for a second in thought. Then she looks up and starts to walk out the door.
"Wait, Elsa! Where are you going!" I fly to her just as she opens the door and gasp.
Outside, her snow monster is fighting off a few soldiers. Elsa freezes in fear, but manages to slowly back away into the castle. A few guards see her and run after her.
Elsa walks into the ballroom and sees the two men behind her, one with their crossbow at the ready.
"No, please." Elsa begs, holding her hands carefully forward.
The man ignores her plead and shoots his crossbow without hesitation. A shield of ice shoots up form the ground, stopping the arrow just inches away from her.
"Stay away!" She yells, again holding her hands in a ready position.
The two men look at each other as if planning something. One nods, and they start maneuvering themselves around until there is one on her left side and one on her right. They continue to shoot arrows, and Elsa fearfully tries to fight back.
One of the men looks about ready to fight when Elsa shoots ice and pins him to the wall, with one icicle ready to pierce his throat. The other man aims his crossbow, and Elsa shoots it away with a flick of her wrist. Immediately she creates a big ice barrier that starts to push the soldier towards the edge of her giant balcony. Elsa looks both scared and angry as she pushes the icicle and barrier closer. I've never seen her with this look in her eyes. All of a sudden the guy that Anna met- what was his name again?- barges into the room and looks around with shock.
"Queen Elsa! Don't be the monster they fear you are." He screams just before the icicle and barrier hit their marks.
Elsa stops when she hears him speak. I float down and softly grab both of her hands as she looks over at him. It's okay, Elsa, he's right. She looks at both soldiers, scared out of their minds, and sighs. She drops the barrier and icicle and looks down in tears. Thank goodness.
Just them, one of the men picks up his crossbow and starts to aim it at her.
"ELSAAA!" I scream at her, though there's nothing I can do. Nothing but watch.
Thankfully, the one guy- oh that's right! His name is Hans- sees the soldier and hits his arms up at the last second. The arrow shoots and misses Elsa. I breath a sigh of relief before the arrow hits the chandelier. Almost in slow motion, Elsa looks up at the chandelier falling directly at her. She grabs the end of her dress and starts to run, and I quickly try to pull her away. The chandelier hits the ground and Elsa falls to the ground.
Once the guards recover from the chandelier, they rush to her side to arrest her. Hans walks over and picks her up and I stare in horror.
"Hey, Hans! Why aren't you doing anything about this?!" I fly next to him so I can watch Elsa. "You're going to marry her sister, you can't just arrest her!"
Hans looks at her laying half unconscious on his horse and gives her an oddly wicked smile. "Goodbye, 'Queen Elsa'." He says, using a mocking tone when he speaks her name.
I nearly fall onto the ground, looking at Elsa terrified. "No." I gasp.
