Angel's POV
It's been 2 months since my ma told me she was pregnant

Me personally, I feel like her pregnancy has been going well

Her lil "boyfriend" came around a couple of times. I don't really like him though. He just looks like a pervert and that ain't it chief

Just to catch y'all up, me and King been talking for a while. I must admit, I'm really feeling dude but I just can't fall for him. At least not yet

So I'm sitting on the couch when my ma comes down the steps

"I'm going grocery shopping. You need anything ?" She asked digging in her purse for her keys

"Nahh I'm fine. You need any help ?"

"No, I'll be fine. I'm just going there and back." She told me unlocking the door

"Okay, I love you" I yelled before she got out the house

"I love you too" she yelled then closed the door and locking it after her

I was bored so I decided to text King and tell him to come over

I rolled my eyes. We act like we together but we not. We both not ready to be in a relationship

I just chuckled to myself. I decided to get in the shower while I wait on King

So I'm in the shower blasting my music and I don't hear nothing

As the song "I'll take your man" by City Girls is ending I hear grunts

I squint my eyes in confusion but shook it off thinking it's something from the song

Another song passed and I finally stepped out the shower butt ass naked getting ready to grab my towel

So I'm over here in the bathroom searching high and low for this damn towel. I know I set it right there on the counter

I bent down to look in the cabinet under the sink when I felt hands on my ass

I popped my head up but it was pushed back down

"King stop playing" I said. He just chuckled and gripped my ass tighter

"Alright King. Enough is enough. Stop it" I said getting highly frustrated

"This not King baby" I heard James voice echo throughout the bathroom

I immediately bounced up. He thought that was funny

"You got a nice body. I wonder how you taste" he said licking his lips

I scrunched my face up and tried to run but slipped due to the water on the floor

He hovered over me then picked me up and threw me over his shoulder

He walked in my room and slammed me on my bed and started caressing my body

I felt disgusting. And at that point in time I wanted to die. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that my mother's boyfriend is about to rape me

Smh. Why me ? I'm just thinking to myself like, not again God. Not a-gain

I just busted out crying wishing and praying that this would all end

He started to put my breast in his mouth which caused me to cry harder

"Shut up bitch." He slapped me

                 King's POV
I'm just now getting to Angel's crib when I saw a car parked out front

I parked beside it and got the groceries out. Getting ready to knock on the door I noticed that it was unlocked

I smirked to myself thinking she was ready for me

I went in the kitchen and set the bags down when I heard soft cries. I started walking towards that direction when I heard someone speak

"Shut up bitch" a male said. I then heard a loud smack and a girls cries get louder

At this point I'm zooming to get to the room and praying that it's not Angel up there

When I walked in the room my heart shattered. Angel getting raped. My whole body was filled with anger

I ran over to him and threw him off. I saw Angel get a sheet and wrapped it around herself. When she was getting ready to walk out the door we made eye contact

I saw nothing but sadness in her eyes. Her running off broke my chain of thought and I finished this bitch ass nigga off.

I stomped on him repeatedly until I got tired

"Aye Jerome, come clean this nigga up and put him in the basement." I said as I called my clean up man

"Ight boss" he hung up

I went to look for Angel. I saw her on the couch bawling her eyes out.  I felt so bad for her. No girl should have to go through this.

I sat beside her. I wanted to comfort her but I don't know how. I reached for her and she flinched at my touch.

I didn't know I was crying til I saw a drop fall. I quickly wiped it. I'm not gone lie. This shit really broke my heart and I don't know what to do about it

"You want me to stay here ?" I asked not knowing if she wanted space or to be comforted

She just shook her head yes and laid on my chest. I heard light snores in 5 minutes.

I picked her up and took her to her moms room since that nigga was in hers

I laid her down but noticed she didn't have on any clothes. I sat there admiring her body for a quick minute then went and got her some clothes

I walked in there and saw Jerome and Mason cleaning his body up

"Man, I appreciate this" I said dapping them up

"You know we got you." He started. "But what happened here K ?" He asked

"He tried to rape my girl" I said looking down

"Your girl ? Okay Big K. But damn, we'll definitely hold on to him for you" Mason said

"Ight" They left with the body and I got Angel's clothes

I dressed her then laid behind her spooning her. She flinched when I did that

I let out a big sigh but still wrapped my arm around her. A couple minutes of this I felt her body relax on mines

I might just make her mines. She just got this feeling that got me in love and I don't love too often

"I love you Angel" I said then drifted off to sleep
