Episode 8: Threat of the Depths

February 16, 2047- 3:01 A.M.

From Marianas, we headed towards Hawaii. Hayato was still asleep in a hammock while Enterprise and I just woke up to check the ocean for any fog ships that possibly heading towards us. I still can't forget on what happened to Hayato's parents. Now because of Hayato's parents' death, I took the responsibility of being a second father. I asked Enterprise –

"Are we close to Pearl Harbor?" I asked.

"It will take about an hour left for our fleet to reach it." Enterprise replied.

"I see. Any fog vessels nearby the perimeter?" I asked.

"No ships so... wait a second. The fleet detected 2 fog vessels." Enterprise said.

"Can you identify?" I asked.

It's a..." Enterprise said but she was interrupted.

"I-400 and I-402 are here." Kaga said.

"I-400 class, huh? Kaga, tell them that we're going to meet them." I said.

"Understood, I'll send them the message." Kaga said.

Kaga informed I-400 and I-402 that we're closing in. As our fleet closes in, I-400 noticed the human railgun battleships. I-400 said –

"Stop right there." I-400's voice heard from our communications.

"What is it, I-400?" Kaga asked.

"You let the humans sail in the ocean... Have you forgotten the Admiralty Code, Kaga and Taihou?" I-400 said.

"No, but this is now the time to change!" Kaga said.

"If we continue on making the countries isolated on each other, humankind will become extinct because of our actions." Taihou said.

"So you dared on doubting our code? I'll sink you all traitors along with those humans in this ocean!" I-400 said as she and I-402 attack with a barrage of missiles and torpedoes, heading towards Taihou.

"Intercept those missiles!" I said.

"Roger that, intercepting threats now." Rey said as he ordered Atlanta to intercept the incoming threats.

"Japanese Fog Fleet's Submarine Force, attack those traitors." I-402 ordered 60 Japanese fog subs that are surrounding our fleet to attack us.

"So we're going on the attack, huh?" Patrick said as he saw the sudden large movement of enemy subs from the screen.

"It seems so. All units, attack I-400 and I-402! Defend Kaga, Taihou, and the humans on the other vessels." I ordered.

"Roger that, Zero. British Fog Fleet, commence the attack!" Hood said.

"Yes, Lady Hood. You heard the flagship, ladies. Open fire!" Prince of Wales said.

"All ships, head toward portside while commencing suppressive fire with any weapons you have. Artemis, Athena, and Aphrodite, use CWIS for antimissile countermeasure and launch homing torpedoes for anti torpedo countermeasure." I said.

"Roger that, sir." Captain Kizer Ramos of RPS Artemis said.

"Albacore, load 4 normal torpedoes to tubes 1 to 4, and load 2 corrosive torpedoes to tubes 5 and 6." Patrick said.

"Yes sir. Loading specified torpedoes to the six torpedo tubes." Albacore said.

"Launch tubes 1 to 4 then tubes 5 to 6. Fire!" Patrick said.
