THE ASSISTANT II : THE RETURN OF LESLIE

"Hey you! come back here!" a middle aged man shouts in a market to a teenage boy that has just ran out of his shop it's a humid Saturday morning in Seoul all the citizens are out to either enjoy the heat or run from it. A woman walks through the crowd with shopping bags full of clothes and food after such a busy day before all she wants to do is relax. She makes her way home as she goes to the station She looks up at a billboard disgust is written across her face staring at the picture of someone that she used to know her stomach turns as she goes in the train. Coming out of the station she walks to her apartment building in a nice plush area of Seoul where some of the rich and famous live and were raised just like her.

At the tall apartment she walks in and presses the button that opens the lift doors she steps in and waits for it to get to her home when she gets to her condo on the top floor she drops her bags on the floor and slips off her shoes. The woman puts her food in her open plan kitchen and walks over to her floor to ceiling windows to open the long curtains over looking the busy city of Seoul. The woman goes to her kitchen and cooks her early lunch she looks at her clock its 10:45 am she decides to take a nap and goes into her plush master bedroom with her queen size bed headboard against the wall and her curtains open she goes over to open her balcony door for some fresh air the white and gold royalty themed room all belongs to her she lays on her bed and goes to sleep.

Hours later she wakes up its 6pm she stretches and puts on her white housecoat and walks to her living room as the vale of the coat sweeps rhe floor behind her she warms up the same food from before but adds extra vegetables then puts on her TV and sits down on her large rectangler white sofa with her plate of food and large glass of red wine.

She sees Ji 's music video on her TV and sips her red wine before it shows him receiving an award for his work Ji stands there in a black suit with a hanker chief in his pocket and says his speech the crowd screams he then says "I also want to thank Leah Jones. Leah I love you, I wouldn't be up here if it wasn't for you. Thank you honey. . ." the camera is on Leah with a smile on her face and blowing a kiss to Ji. The woman watching crushes the glass in her hand until she realises that the glass has gone through her skin she runs to the kitchen and runs her hand in water without watching the TV she hears "I also dedicate this to all the people that helped me in my career and my life mother i know your looking down on me. Dad, downtown family and Leslie Kwang" he laughs as the woman slowly turns around and looks at the screen "thank you". The woman freezes shocked at the mention of her name she wakes up and treats her hand surprised that Ji actually mentioned her. She goes back to sit in her sofa in a daze.
