The Contract

Leah

I sit inside my car thinking about what she said what does she mean twenty five percent? What did Ji sign? I sit there wondering how I'm going to strike.

A knock on the car window wakes me up I get out of the car and take off my jacket. "What's wrong?" Ji asks me with a concerned look. "Oh. . . . I'm just tired" he holds my hand as we go inside.

We sit down and have dinner together then watch TV I'm too busy thinking about that dream and Leslie that I don't realise Ji has been calling my name "LEAH!" he shouts "huh?"

I answer he turns off the TV and faces me "what's wrong with you?" I shake my head "nothing" he folds his arms don't lie to me  " I get up to go to the kitchen Ji steps in front of me "your not going anywhere until you tell me."

I look deep into his eyes I can't keep this from him . . . "Ji. . . I. . " my phone rings I quickly answer it. It's the private investigator who has some details we agree to meet tomorrow. I hang up Ji is still waiting for an answer "Ji . . . Okay. . . I've been following Leslie to see what she's been up to"

His mouth drops open "Do you know the danger you can get into?! Why Leah?" I snap back at him "don't shout at me, I'm trying to help you end this. I've got P.I following her. . . . What's this about a twenty five percentage she's owed?" Ji sits down.

"Ji answer me!" He shakes his head and buries it in his hands "I think that was the first contract I signed with her when I started my company, I didn't know much" I sit down "who drew out the contract?" I ask him and rub his back he looks like his world has crashed all around him. "She did. . . I think I still have it somewhere." I nod my head.

Pacing back and forward "OK babe all we got to do is find it and see if we can sort it out. If she wrote that contract -" Ji cuts me off "she gets twenty five percent of the business. . . . Meaning she gets twenty five per cent of your share in Brand New Entertainment." I sit down next to him.

"What are we going to do Leah?" I nod my head and rub his back "don't worry Ji everything will fall into place. We meet the P.I tomorrow and gain some evidence and everything will be fine. Don't worry" he smiles at me.

I'm going to get Leslie if it's the last thing I do. She's messing with the wrong woman no one comes after Ji
