Dauntless Boarding School

Chapter 1.

Hey guys, can you just let me know how I'm going with this please! This is my first fanfiction and I'd love some feedback! Some fourtris will be coming soon so just be patient, I hope you enjoy!!

All of my family are gone. They came with me to make sure id settled in, but they had to leave to do the same for my brother. I am room mates with a girl called Christina, who is tall and pretty. We talk about each other for a while. She came fro. Candor School, the place of truth. I was always scared to walk past there when I was younger, never sure that if I did, I would hear something I didn't want to hear.

All the new students of Dauntless are being called initiates, by all of teachers and adults. I guess that's what we are. Everyone the age of 16 walk out to an area called the Pit, which is filled with the noises of clashes of water against concrete walls.

"Most of you hear today, have grown up in an environment of the Daunttless." I hear cheers from them. "But there is also a small percentage of you, who have come from other societies, and will grow perfectly into this one! I am your principle Max, this is your vice-principle and teacher of the transfers, Eric." Eric has a smug look on his face like he's done something to someone, or he's just to up himself to realise he's not looking in the mirror.

After the tour of the compound, we get our class lists. I'm with Christina for all of them! Yay! Our teachers vary, but there is always one student teacher in the room, who apparently is a initiate here too. Four.

"Do you wanna go grab something to eat?" I ask Christina.

"Sure, after do you wanna go shopping, I'd love to get you some new clothes!"

Apparently everyone had the same idea. The cafeteria is huge, the walls dark and concrete, and the tables metal and black. We sis at the only available table, where 2 other transfers are sitting, and 6 dauntless borns. When we are introduced we find out that the two transfers are Will and Al. Zeke, Shauna, and Four are all 18 years old. So THATS who Four is. And then there's Uriah, brother if Zeke, Lynn, sister of Shauna, and Marlene, best friend of Shauna, who are also initiates.

Everyone at the table is so inviting, except for Four, who seems either rude and doesn't talk, or maybe quiet and shy. The invite us to a game of Dauntless and Candor in Zeke and Four's dorm. Their way of welcoming us to Daunless.

After we leave, Christina is even more focused on the shopping, now that she knows we are going to a social event.

"TRIS! What we wear now, could decide what people think of us for the rest of our years in Dauntless! We HAVE to look amazing!!"

In the first shop we go into, we find everything we need to wear for our class. Even though there is no uniform, there is the basic rule that you have to wear black. Christina has a fabulous fashion taste, so I let her choose out most of my clothes and make up. She chooses a lot of cool shirts, skirts, jackets, and pants, that I never would've picked for myself without her, but look STUNNING!

Once we get to the next shop, we pick out our dresses, we start to look at dresses for tonight's game. I will be wearing a thigh length one shoulder dress, with a pair of black 6 inch heels.

The last stop is the pharmacy, where Christina gets the last of the makeup that she "needs", and then we go back to our room, to prepare.
