chapter 6

Coles pov

I waddle into our shared room and crawl onto my bunk , thank God I'm on the bottom right now .

I lay my head down and let out a loud yawn as the other ninja come in .

Lloyd turns off the light and get into his bed not without me tripping him up with my tail .

I could hear Lloyd muttering about something , I roll my eyes and lick my paw .

I could hear the others moving around and trying to sleep , after a few hours.

I felt something nudge my wing , I light the room softly with a small bit of fire .

I saw Kai looking at me with sleep on his face , I lift up my wing and Kai crawls under .

I huff and look down at Kai so I could nuzzle his face , Kai sighs and curls up .

I copy him but I start to purr loudly "shhh it's too early " Kai mutters and I lick his face .

Kai looks at me and blushes "Cole?" He asks softly and I look at him .

"Do you love me?" Kai whispers softly and I open my mouth to speak but close it because I can only roar so I nod slowly .

Kai smiles a bit and cuddles into me "well I love you too so...." Kai sings softly to me and crawls up and leans against my neck .

Kai dragged his hand across my neck , making my skin sink under his touch .

After a while Kai fell asleep , I yawn and close my eyes knowing that I'm with the boy (or man ) I love .

The next day

I snort myself awake , I shake my head and look around , my side felt a little to warm for me .

I look and see Kai huddled into my side with a small smile on his face , I wish I could kiss him .

I watched as Kai slowly opens his firey amber eyes . Kai looks at me and jumps "oh its just you Cole" Kai whispers .

I roar softly and nudge him with my snout " oi what is wrong? " Kai asks and I purr .

"Oh I love you too" Kai whispers as he wraps his arms around my scaly neck .

I wrap my paws around his waist as he slowly crawls onto my back , I roar and run out the room .

I run into the kitchen where Kai jumps off and sit in the chair , Kai gets a plate of bacon and black pudding .

Kai eats the black pudding and slides the plate in front of me "eat " Kai whispers as he scratches behind my horns .

I stuff my face with the bacon and roar happily , Kai laughs and jumps onto my back .

We could hear Jay cheering so me and Kai look at each other and nod our heads .

I roar and blow green fire at Jay as Kai tries to burn Jays butt .

The rest of the day was just me and Kai annoying everyone and Kai learning how to fly on my back as I learn how to fly .
