Coles pov

I watch Jay hop around the room with a large smile on his face,his ginger curls bouncing around with him.

"Calm down Jay " I hear Zane say as I brush my hair out of my face, Jay stops hopping and he glares at Zane.

"But, Nya wants to go on a date with me!" Jay squeals out and I roll my eyes "so that's what your excited about?" I ask with a bored look on my face.

Jay punches my arm and I watch as he shakes his hand in pain, "your just jealous" Jay mumbles.

"And how am I jealous?" I growl out as I glare at him and he goes quiet.

Lloyd smacks Jay over the head and I look at them "Cole, umm... There's a reason why Kai isn't here" Jay says .

"Cause he's with Skylar?" I mumble and he nods as I let out a sigh "knew it" I whisper out.

Jay rushes off and Zane follows to help Pixal fix something, Lloyd sits down beside me.

"You already knew? " Lloyd asks, his green eyes filled with worry, I nod a bit .

Lloyd sighs and looks down "did, he say anything to you?" Lloyd asks, his voice quiet.

I bite back a whimper as I shake my head knowing if I speak, I would break down crying.

"He's back with her" he says and I let out a weak gasp as I rub my left eye as tears fill up in that eye.

Lloyd wraps his arms around me and I mumble  a "thanks" as I melt into his touch.

We sit in silence for a small while then we end up talking about anything we could .

I knew he was comforting me by getting my mind of the fire ninja, I look down at my hands.

"You know, I haven't felt this good, since I made a promise to my mother" I whisper and Lloyd looks at me in shock.

"What did you promise?" He asks and I look at him, with a small smile on my face.

"I promised to stand up to those who are cruel" I say and I smile more as I remember my mother's soft voice.

A door opens and slams shut, getting both mine and Lloyd's attention, Kai walks into the living room and sits down on a bean bag.

"Where's the others ?" His first question was, I couldn't help but narrow my eyes so I am glaring.

"Jay's on a date and Zane's helping Pixal" Lloyd says as he slaps my arm softly.

I stop glaring and I sigh weakly as Kai hums and looks at us "so what have you two been doing?' he asks.

"Talking " I growl out as I feel the scales  grow on my arms, Lloyd places his hand on my arm to calm me down.

Kai glares at Lloyd and stand up "don't touch him!" He hisses out and steps towards us.

I stand up and push Kai back "leave Lloyd alone, Kai" I spit out Kai's name with loads of vemon.

"Why are you protecting him?" Kai growls and glares at me "maybe because you have been going on dates with  Skylar for the past six weeks" I shout as tears fill my eyes again.

Kai goes quiet and opens his mouth looking like a fish out of water.

"How did you-?" He asks and I glare at him "since the second week, I thought it was just something as friends untill the lipstick marks!" I hiss out and I get ready to leave the room as Lloyd has retreated.

Kai grabs my arm and I pull my arm away "leave me alone, Kai" I whisper out and Kai stares at me "but-"

"But nothing! If you want her, go and be with her!" I yell and I head into my room so I can hide in my pile of blankets for the rest of the day.

Lloyd and Cole have a sibling relationship in this, I feel like I should put it in along with the drama.
