Chapter 4

20 minutes into the movie, flames rose up in the fireplace and in walked lily. "Hello everyone" lily said, brushing the snow of her dark green coat. She was answered with a bunch of "hello's". James walked over to lily and kissed her on the cheek. "I'll get started in dinner" lily said as James helped her carry her shopping into the kitchen. "I'll help lily" Ginny said and followed. Remus noticed Harry gazing at Ginny in amazement as her beautiful, long red hair flew behind her as she walked to the kitchen. He secretly smirked to himself at the thought of Harry possibly having a crush on Ginny Weasly. He HAD to tell padfoot and prongs whenever he got the chance! Although he thought he should confirm it with Harry first. Sirius then got up and walked to the kitchen talk to prongs. The twins also got up and went back upstairs to their bedroom. "Wanna go have a game of one-on-one quidditch outside?" Ron asked Harry "yeah let's go" Harry replied as they got up and started leaving the room "actually Harry I was wondering if I could have a quick word?" Remus said "oh yeah sure" He answered "I'll go get the quaffle and brooms ready then" Ron said, and left. "Is everything alright moony?" Harry asked "oh yes Harry everything's fine. I just wanted to ask you something about Ginny." "o-oh g-go on th-then." Harry said nervously. "Do you like her?" Remus asked "I know you probably don't wanna tell me but I really would like to know?" He added on. "W-what no o-of co-course not what made you think that?" Said Harry. "Well earlier today you were sort of staring at her" Remus could see that Harry was nervous and a bit embarrassed at the whole situation. "Harry you know you can tell me anything right?" "Yeah Remus I know...ok so maybe I do like her...a lot but please  do NOT tell Ginny anything. Remus smirked but before he could answer, in walked Ginny. "Tell me what?" She said and smiled "oh..uh...um if you wanted to play quidditch with me and Ron?" Harry said sheepishly.  "Won't the teams be unfair then?" she replied "we'll just have 1 goalie and 2 players against each other then every few minutes the goalie will swap with a player." Said Harry "alright" she replied and they both ran outside to where Ron was waiting. Remus has a cheeky smirk on his face as he walked into the kitchen where lily was cooking and  the other 2 marauders were sitting at the table talking. "Hey moony" James said as he looked up. Remus sat down beside them as Sirius said "why are you so happy?" "I just found out that Harry likes Ginny" he said quiet enough so lily wouldn't hear. Remus saw a smirk immediately grow onto both of his friends faces. "How did you find out?" Sirius asked "I just asked if I could have a quick word before they went out and asked him. Now don't get me wrong, it did take a bit to get it out first but he eventually gave in" Remus said and chuckled slightly. "This is brilliant!" James said with the same cheeky look on his face. "I can't wait to start playing matchmaker" Sirius said as he giggled at the thought.
