Chapter 11: Little brother..

3 months had passed since the incident...

The two siblings seems to drift apart every day..

Michaella's cold treatment was never faltered as she always give Lucas her haft cold stare..

Lucas on the other hand felt total dispair this 3 months.. even though his sister forgive him. The treatment he had before is not the same. She would never smile at him anymore, never wake him up like before and never even cared for him anymore... He felt helpless and sadness..

Today is the day the Duchess will take birth to another child... Hours had passed and the agonizing scream of the Duchess is heard inside the room..

Duke Revinier and his two children is waiting outside.. he is not in a very good mood because he is hearing his wife's scream.. but the other side of him is also happy because he will soon have another lovely child.

Lucas is a bit happy to have another sibling but he is still down because of the treatment his sister is giving.. he really wished he didn't go to that garden. He wished he never met up with the nobles and he wished that he took his sisters side... his brows again knotted in sadness but then again Michaella didn't care anymore.

--- moments later..

They finally heard the baby's scream.. Duke Revinier immediately ran up and barge inside the room to look for Duchess Allison.

He is happy as he saw his wife only tired and not that hurt.. he immediately ran up to the wet nurse to see the baby on her hands..

"It is a boy" She said while smilling at the crying baby..

Michaella also ran up while Lucas catch up to her. "Where is it daddy? Is it a boy or a girl?" She said while smilling. "It's a boy my darling" he looked at his child then ran towards his wife..

"My wife, you had done well" he said while smilling. "Dear.." she whispered with her tired voice. "Yes.. you should rest for now my darling" the duke then said "Nurse Raya please get my children out for now.. take the baby with you.." he said in a formal tone then immediately sat next to his wife whispering sweet words..

As they reached the baby's room..

The wet nurse then said. "I will be preparing the child's milk. Little mistress and little master. Please take care of the little child for now" she said with her warm smile

"Okay" Michaella immediately answered

As the wet nurse left..

Michaella immediately ran up to the newborn child..

"Wow you look kind of ugly.. "she said with a smile... Lucas saw her smille and he immediately frown. That is the smile he always received before the incident 3 months ago.. he felt hurt as he can't have that smile right now..

"My little brother.. I will take care of you because I'm your big sister" she said proudly as she the tried to touch the baby's finger.. Lucas felt more sad as he heared those same exact words he recieved 4 years ago.. when he was still new to the mansion.

Flash back---

"My little brother Lucas, I will take care of you from now on because I'm your big sister!" Michaella said as she immediately hugs Lucas that made the little boy suprised... he never received this kind of love when he was in his orginal home.. his parents and brothers are always too formal and he didn't recieve any warm love that he thinks he should at least have..

"S-sister?" He said shyly...

"I love you Lucas.. I love you my sweet little brother" she said with a cute giggle..

Flash back end---

He felt warm tears come out of his doe eyes..

"Finally I have a brother.." he heard her whisper with a smile while looking at the baby lovingly..

Lucas snapped at this.. 't-this isn't suppose to happen! THIS CAN'T BE!' He is truly angry right now..

He is angry to the newborn child for stealing his sister's love and care! He just want at least a piece of it but he never got one! And now the little baby is actually recieving the thing he wants! 'I hate you!' I thought to himself..

He is realy hurt.. but he mustered up the courage to say..

"Sister... do you still Love me?"
