Todoroki's P.O.V
Peeking my head around the corner of the wall, I noticed the silver kettle on the stovetop. The high pitched whistle that emitted from the spout sounded like music to my ears.
Looking around cautiously, there wasn't a soul in sight. Similar to if you looked inside me about 10 years from now.
Bounding off towards the kettle, I realized how short I was in comparison to it. A small pout formed on my lips and I pondered on how I would get up to it.
I tried moving a chair with just my bare hands and strength, but to no avail... So instead, I created a lump of ice with the top indented to mimic a bowl. I climbed inside and stood up, able to reach the kettle now.
Reaching up, I turned off the stove (something I had seen my mommy do for years) and then grabbed the handle of the kettle, pulling it down. I quickly melted the ice and scurried off to lock myself in a bathroom.
Waving my hand over the mouth of the spout, I relished in the warmth coming from the opening.
Smiling, I poured the water into the bathtub, receiving a pleasant hiss from it as small bubbles fizzed to the top.
I stripped down and climbed into the bath, wincing at the scalding heat. It was painful to climb into boiling water, but boy was it worth it. I felt a wave of pleasure rush over me as my body felt like the same temperature on both sides for the first time.
Tears brimmed my eyes and I felt a small smile grow on my lips. I reached down and started to massage my arms and legs. It felt both painful and pleasurable, the latter being weaker than the rest.
Once the water had cooled down, I got out and noticed my entire body was red. I wrapped myself in a towel and grabbed the kettle, unlocking the bathroom door.
I looked around and then met gazes with my dad. My heartbeat quickened pace and I held back a shriek of suprise.
"Shouto. You shouldn't take baths without supervision. Let me know next time you want one." Daddy said, patting my head before walking off.
I exhaled a sigh of relief and returned the kettle to the kitchen.
And as I walked away, I got excited for the next time mommy wanted tea...
