Chapter 3: The Master
The Way to wherever he will take me is silent.
"You'll explain everything in my house. Your foster parents also Wants to know. Why you disappeared?" he said seriously.
He's eyes are cold.
"I was worried you know. You know... That I don't like it when you disappear unannounced" he said.
I feel guilty.
An hour has passed and we stopped by at a Mansion. The Gate was made of silver and gold. Standing 40 meters above the ground. The hates open revealing A Water fountain in the middle and a patch and bushes of flowers and grass in sides. Decorated and placed neatly and organized. This place never changed. He park the car in the parking lot. And started walking to the main door. There were 10 guards in the front door. And 50 guards surrounding the mansion. And they are all knights who pledge service and loyalty to Crossheart Family.
Oh how I miss this place! The main door opens and many maids lined up in each side. About 25 maids in the right and 25 maids in the left. In the front stood Mother, Father and My Big sister.
"Welcome Back Young Master!" they said in chorus and bowed down to him.
"Welcome Back.... Young Lady?!" they were shocked to see me again. They were about to say something. But my Master motioned them to keep silent. They all obliged.
"Welcome Back, Edward. AND Welcome Home, Andrea!" our oh-so loving Mother Elizabeth running towards us in the carpeted floor. And hugged us really tight and when I say tight, Really! Tight!
"M-Mother Your suffocating us." i barely said.
She pulls away directly and Father and Sister went near us.
The first one to approached me is My Sister Eliza Crossheart.
And from the looks of it she's furious. I need to brace myself for the incoming attack.
" Andrea Crossheart! Where the hell were you all this time?! Do you know how worried we are?! We were searching for you! All day, All night. I can't even sleep a wink. You idiot sister" panermon niya sa akin.
May idadagdag pa siya sa akin pero pinatigil siya ni Papa.
"It's okay. As long as she's alive and fine right?" he said and smiled at sister to assure her.
"Andrea my dear come here and hug your Father. It's been a year since we last saw you. We really miss you." he said smiling. And I hugged him too.
I saw my mother and sister whining too.. They want hugs too.
I hugged him too.
"Don't do it again okay, You'll make us really worried." my mother said while tears are coming out of her eyes.
Napayuko nalang ako. Hindi ko alam ang sasabihin ko.
"Can we stop the heartwarming welcome now? She's injured you know? Her wound might be deep." my master said.
My mother clapped her hands.
"Doctors, ——" my mother was about to call the doctors when someone stopped her.
"Let me take care of her wounds mother. Please?" my sister using her famous puppy eyes.
And to be honest it's really adorable.
My mother just nodded in defeat. She shouted in glee and grabbed me upstairs to her room.
She open the doors revealing her simple but elegant room. Her room is like the room of an ancient princess.
