Chapter 5 :Family Choosing

Andrea POV

It's still my first day pero ang dami nang nangyari, May kaaway na ako. My Gosh!

Nandito ako ngayon sa dorm ko pagkatapos ng last subject namin. And also the magic training really tires me out. It was a mock battle wherein ibabagsak mo lang siya sa stage or ipapalampas mo lang siya sa linya mananalo kana. I didn't get to have a match but it was fun watching them do their best. It's already 6 in the evening and for some reason I don't have any Roommate it's boring. The silence is killing me. My dorm is in a separate building it's near the 4th years Building. These rooms in these building are bought by a student or his family who wants to be alone or don't want to have any company. The Grays Hall. I don't why they name it that way and I am not interested either.

I'm alone in a room. A big room. I have my own living room. A mini kitchen. A dining table and some things that are for entertainment . Mini library etc,. 

Pumunta muna ako sa Mini kitchen and started brewing a coffee. When the coffee is done, I paired it with a chocolate chip cookie. I opened the sliding door that is connected to the balcony.  In the balcony there is a A coffee table and a red couch instead of a wooden chair. Wow,So classic. I put the tray of coffee and cookies in the table and just sat in the couch. 

"The stars are so pretty today" I said as I gaze up above the sky.  I was just gazing the stars while sipping my coffee. And what is new? I am always thinking of him. it's nothing new.  Ever since I got some of my memories back, I've been thinking of him frequently. I think frequently is not the right word. It's always thinking of him. I was always missing him. The feeling to see him again never cease in my chest. It becomes stronger and stronger, that anytime or any minute it would explode. I just sighed. I've been looking for him for many years na already. I've been doing my best to find him. Even if it's a rumor or just a slight and unconfirmed lead, I still went for it.

I need to stop thinking about him or I would lost my sanity any minute. The stars today are twinkling and they are shining brightly and they look like crystals. 

While gazing above, I notice a string of light it was for a while but I'm sure it was a Meteor. Or not... The light is getting closer and closer it's getting bigger and bigger. Damn! A Meteor attack from the sky. They are a coward. A surprise attack while we are defenseless. I need to protect the school. There are many people sleeping now oblivious to the things happening in their surroundings. I look at my outfit I'm just wearing a Black T-Shirt and A Blue Cotton short but who cares. I look below if I jump from here to the ground I won't suffer any injury okay. I put the cup of coffee in the table and jump without hesitation to the ground. 

"Ouch!" It looks like I miscalculated the distance looks like I have an injury .Damn! That epal slippery stone. I need to do a large scale barrier. i don't care If I'm gonna be punish for using my magic without permission but this is an emergency. I look at the Meteor an estimated 50 seconds till it hit.  I can do these I have 10 seconds to activate the barrier.

I put my palm in the ground and let the mana flows to the palm of my hand and uttered a spell.

"Crystal Magic" I can feel crystals going out of my body and forming shapes. " Diamond Protection!" I can feel the Crystals glowing around me forming a diamond barrier around the campus. Only 5 seconds left. Till it fully activates..

I did it! It is successful! I saw the Meteor about to hit the ground in an approximate time of 10 seconds. 10...9...8...7...6...5... only 5 secs.left 5...4....3...2....1....!
