they finally leave the forest in a haste, chara is in the fron controling the waggon and zoey is in the back looking after chase*

zoey: sigh... his fever has gone down, i think he will be fine

chara: good, cuz hes going home

zoey: what? what do you mean

chara: i mean im taking you both back were i found you

zoey: what about chase?! what do you expect to happen to him!

chara: ill leave him in a villadge find a home for him, give him the reward money from this bounty and im leaving

zoey: you dont actually expect him to be ok with this

chara: no, your right, i dont expect him to, but im doing it anyway, im not gonna let him get hurt becuz of me again, never again

zoey: stop the waggon

*chara stays quiet*

zoey: I SAID STOP! *she jams a wheel stoping it herself*

chara: what the hell!

zoey grips his shirt out of anger pulling him up*

zoey: listen here asshole, when i pushed chase out of my fucking life i regreted it shortly after: i did everything to distract myself from the guilt ut it always creeped its way in, after what happend to klide he looked depressed every damn day when hed come over, all he wanted was a friend and i abandoned him!, then yearls later i see him with you and his face has completly changed, he looks happy when hes around you! you know how to talk to him, all he wants is to be by your side god damn it, so what do you think is gonna happen when he wakes up in a random place alone, huh? what do you think is gonna happen, and even right after the most tramatic thing that happend in his life you think hell just walk it off and find some other asshole? no! this will destroy him, so man up, be the man you were tody, and protect him, cuz he loves you damn it and i can tell you love him too, the look in your eye sais that its hurting you from the thought of abandoning him again, so why!

chara: im doing this to protect him damn it! im only good for atracting danger and im not going to bring him in the middle of that!

*chase is now awake from the yelling and has beem listening the entire time*

chase:.... y-your... abandoning me?...

chara: ch-chase! *he goes to chase and grabs him* a-are you ok?!

chase stays quiet and pulls charas hands off of him and gets up*

chase:... dont bother leaving me anywere... iv been better on the move....

*he jumps out of the waggon collapsing on the ground getting back up and walks away*

chara: ch-chase what are you doing!

chase: what you wanted, you want to abandon me fine! ill go!

chara jumps out and runs after him and is about to grab chase*

chara: chase come on its not like that

chase: then what was it!

*chase whips back with anger in his eyes and his eyes have a dim purpol glow and purpole crystal shoots from the ground at chara like a barrier keeping chara away*

chara:...i .... i just... i just wanted to protect you..

chase: no no no stop treating me like im a child!

chara: just hear me out damn it!.... when... i was a kid... like i said i was a very shy kid... but.. that wasnt... completly true... i hurt alot of people... and people tried protecting me or helping me but... they eventually got hurt to... and blamed me for it... they hated me... i was always just a problem in my home town... there was one person who stuck around.... my brother... he stayed by my side no matter how many times he got beat up cuz of it... then... one day... i got in to a fight...it was... it was a bloody one.... it was a thug trying to steal some of our stuff...i... i landed a few punches and.. i-i found my knife and... stabed him... stabed him so... so many times... befor i stoped i-i felt a hand grab my sholder... i thought it was another thug so.. when i turned around i kept my eyes shut and just... thrusted my arms... when i... opend my eyes.... it was him... my brother... standing infront of me with panic in his eyes... and when i looks down... i saw my knife ladged in his chest.....and he died... right there... becuz of me...... thats why i want to send you away... becuz after that fight today... if you werent stuck on that tree... i could have probobly killed you in the middle of the fight.....

chase:..... then... then i guess il have to be a bit more carful around you... but i am NOT... going to abandon you... you got that?...

chara:.... ok...

chase: * he hugs chara*...chara i..... i love you....

charas heart stops for a second in shock*

chara:..... i love you too.... *he hugs back*...lets go back... you should get some rest..

*chase nods and they both walk back to the wagon*

chara's mind:... hes gaind that guys power.... what the hell is gonna happen to him..... well.... what ever does.... i vow to protect him... with my life...

*they get inside and chara starts driving gain after zoey removes the thing lodged in the tire and chase goes back to sleep*

zoey: what did you say to bring him back?

chara:.... the truth..

zoey: thats it thats all your gonna say?

chara: mhm *grins*

zoey: sigh.. fine aslong are your both buddy buddy again, lets go back to the villadge

chara: on our way
