1~ AURA🥀

Today was the first day of their new term . Mrs.Jung, their home room teacher entered the class room.

Choi Beomgyu, the class president ordered the students to stand and so everybody did.
"Take a seat, everyone" she said and went outside the class room. She returned after awhile with a new student at her tail.
" Everybody listen up. From today we have a new student joining us. Her name is Lee Ga Eul and as your home room teacher I expect each and everyone one of you to treat her nicely. I don't want to hear any complaints. Is that clear?" Mrs. Jung announced and then turned to Ga Eul and said " Ga Eul you can go and sit at the back row near the window, I hope you don't mind since that seems to be the only vacant seat at the moment."

Ga Eul just gave her a light smile and said " it's fine. Thank you" and walked towards her assigned place while the others were all staring at her.

"Excuse me Miss." Somebody said from the door and all eyes were at that person. " Soo Bin come-come. Did you find the routine?" Mrs. Jung asked him.
" I did." Soobin replied and handed a sheet of paper to Mrs. Jung. He then walked back to his seat which was in front of Ga Eul.
Soobin saw her and was awe struck. Ga Eul was looking outside the window with a faraway look in her eyes. Soobin found her very pretty with her long straight black hair and her bangs which stopped just above her eyebrows. He didn't realize that he was standing near his seat just staring at her, but Ga Eul didn't even look at him. There was something about her that intrigued him.

" Soobin, is something wrong?" Mrs. Jung asked. He snapped out of his thoughts and and replied " no ma'am" and sat down. The class started but Soobin couldn't pay attention, he kept glancing back at her but she was just looking outside the window. She seemed so distant. He felt an itch to know her.

The bell rang and Mrs. Jung said "Beomgyu I want you to show Ga Eul around the school during lunch break. Okay?"
"Yes, ma'am" Beomgyu replied and Mrs. Jung left the class room.

Soobin was trying to read a book when his best friend Beomgyu walked towards him and dragged Soobin outside the classroom. " Now what do you want? I swear I'm not helping you with oth-" Soobin started but he was cut off by Beomgyu " hey hey, calm down okay. I need you do to a favour for me but it's beneficial for you too."

"What?" Soobin asked sounding annoyed.
" I have to show around that new girl because Mrs. Jung asked me to. I would've gladly done that because she seems pretty cute but I can't "
" Why?"
" Because I'm busy during lunch break and I can't"
"Why?"
"Dang Soobin" Beomgyu sighed " I have to meet Jun hee"
"But Mrs. Jung told you t-"
"Thats why I want you to show her around plus I saw you looking at her during the entire class"
"Yah it's not like that. You sto-" Soobin was yet again cut off by Beomgyu.
" Quit lying and just show her around okay. I know you have a thing for long hair girls. I told you it'll be beneficial for the both of us, didn't I? I get to meet Jun hee and you get to take walk with the new chick. It's a win-win."
Soobin sighed and finally told " fine fine. You win"

Beomgyu smiled and slightly punched soobin's arm and told " I know I'm such a nice friend, hooking you up with chicks" and went inside before Soobin could reply.

"Ay this punk, what does he think of himself" SooBin murmured to himself but then he smiled.

He walked inside and saw the Ga Eul was reading his book. He felt awakard to ask her plus she didn't seem to notice him standing there so Soobin cleared his throat. Ga Eul looked up and saw him.
She smiled at him and said " I'm so sorry I should've asked you." She said handing him back the book.
" It's totally fine " he said and sat down facing backwards in his seat. " So, I'm Choi Soobin." He said.

"Oh I'm Lee Ga Eul" she replied.
" Autumn. Thats what your name means right?" He asked her.
" Yeah" she said. She felt something. He had an unusual aura around him, an aura that wasn't to human. She debated whether she should find out more about  him or not." so you read?"
" When I have the time I do" he replied.     " and what about you?"
" I read almost all the time, I usually carry a book with me where ever I go but today I was so nervous that I forgot" she lied because there was hardly anything that made her nervous after having lived for thousands of years and she smiled. He was just taking in her features. Her brown doe orbs. The way she kept touching her bangs. He seemed so mesmerised by her. It gave rise to a funny feeling in the pit of his stomach. He had never felt that way before.
" Ummm" she said feeling a little uncomfortable because of him. He snapped back to reality and felt extremely embarrassed. So much for a good first impression he thought to himself. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean t-" he started but she cut him off " it's okay".

The period was almost over but the teacher still hadn't come.
" The teacher's not coming. Wanna come with me?" Soobin asked her.
" Are you sure?" She asked because she didn't want her superior to think that she was neglating her work because of a human.
" Yep, I'm pretty sure. It's Mr. Kim's period he must be busy making arrangements for the upcoming cultural program"
" Okay but where?" She asked.
"You'll see." With that he stood up and went outside the classroom. He turned back and saw Ga Eul coming.

He grabbed her hand. She seemed surprised but before she could do anything he just smiled and started running pulling her with him.
