the famous boy band maknae Jungkook was seen to be not healthy. In recent award ceremony, fans noticed he was stumbling to get up from the stage. Fans are worried and writing petitions to Big Hit to let them rest. It is causing a big roar in fans as his condition is getting worse.

"they should let them rest"

"I don't mind not seeing them if that means they will rest properly"

I sighed closing the app before locking my phone. I looked out of the window observing the scenery outside. I got up from the seat taking my bag when my stop came walking the familiar path to my office which I have been used to walk since last year.

Seoul IT corp.

One of the biggest companies in the South Korea. When my friends and relatives heard I got selected in to this company, they thought I was lying. But later when they heard it is true, they started getting jealous of me. Of course, they would be, it is one of the largest companies as I said. we get to work with many celebrities and politicians in the Seoul.

Unlike them it never irked me that much. Sure, I was excited at first. I mean who wouldn't get excited to meet bunch of famous people in your country. But it soon faded out when I learned how important our job is. I made my way in to the building greeting the people who worked with me.

I got in to the elevator and punched the number 9 on the digital board. I hummed the familiar song shaking my head to imaginary music. I heard a ding followed by the door opening. I straightened my shirt before walking in. "Hey Y/n" my best friend and also my teammate greeted me cheerfully. "Hi Soojin" I placed my bag on my desk and switched on the monitor. I logged in to the database and tasks flooded my system.

"Woah" I said wide eyed watching all the tasks. "Today sucks. We have lot of work to do" my friend groaned when she saw the system. "What are you girls talking about?" I looked at Eunwoo who was looking all handsome as usual. "This" I pointed to the screen and his eyes widened. "Ah man, I was planning to go to club tonight" I tsked knowing that is impossible now.

Well you see we work in software company which created and handles the security system software. It was too good and secure that all the high officials have installed it. No one know about it except for the people who are working here since it is confidential. We have written a bond to not disclose this information to anyone when we joined. No one outside company know what we work on. Except for the fact it is one of the top companies. That's why when I joined, I was shocked but as we started real time work, we never had the time to think about all of these things.

We just focused on our work and helping all the people. "Well lets just start with the work then" he sighed agreeing with us. We all got to work and started resolving all the bugs and issues in the system. "Hey have you heard the news about Jungkook?" Soojin asked me still typing in her laptop. "Yeah. People are going crazy about it"

"I hope he is ok though I mean he should rest too. He is human too. Does he have to work that hard?" I sighed closing my eyes. "Will you stop?" I glared at her and she smiled sheepishly. "Sorry" Eunwoo chuckled at us. "Cut the fun and work Y/n. you need to finish this too before leaving" my manager placed bunch of files on my desk.

I looked at pile and frowned. "Seems like you won't go home today" Eunwoo said sadly making me pout. One thing I hate about my job is my manager. He has this grudge on me cause he always finds a way to make me miserable. "We will finish these and you work on those" Soojin took some files from me and I looked Eunwoo in hope. "Sorry but I had plans tonight. Can't stay here" I rolled my eyes.

"Fine" I huffed taking the file and started working on it right away. We usually work on the software issues in the software and if it doesn't work with changes, we have to visit the place and check the device. That is where we get to meet or see the celebrities. I cheered internally when I finished all the files. It was already three in the afternoon. I got up to get some food from cafeteria.

"Are you done?" I asked both of them and they nodded in confirmation. We all went to cafeteria and waited to get the food in the line. "Go and find seats. I will bring the food" Eunwoo told us and left to give our usual order. We walked to the back and got in to one of the empty booths. "Oh my god" I jumped in my seat when I heard Soojin yell.

"What happened?" she showed me her phone. "Jungkook fainted again" I rolled my eyes at her. She is acting like those fan girls I have read in comments in the morning. I am not a hardcore fan of them but I do like their songs.  I also felt bad but I think people are blowing it out of proportion.

I am sure he will take care of himself. He would worry more knowing his fans are worried. "What are you talking about?" Eunwoo asked when he joined us. She started telling him about BTS and he just nodded his head but I know he is not listening. "Hey Eunwoo" I looked at Yerin. She is part of the admin team. She has a huge crush on Eunwoo and always try to ask him out but he plays dumb.

We know he doesn't like her so we always tease him. "Hey Yerin" she looked at me with a fake smile before glancing at Eunwoo. "Can I join you?" she asked him ignoring us. So, did you got it why he doesn't like her. "Actually, we have work so we will leave you two to eat" I nodded to Soojin and she got up with me. Eunwoo was freaking out when we were leaving. I winked at him mouthing 'tit for tat' before leaving.

"You shouldn't have done that" I laughed with Soojin. "That's what he gets for not helping me" I said referring to the morning. "Anyway, I will go. I have some work to finish" she said walking to her desk which was two desks away from mine.

I logged out and got up from the seat stretching myself. I glanced at watch and saw it is already nine. I guess I will have to buy some ramen before going home. I stay with my family but they are out of town on a vacation so I am home alone now. I got the ramen in aisle and paid for it before leaving the store. I hugged myself when I felt the wind blow.

It is colder than usual. I walked quickly hoping to avoid the cold. It seems like it will rain too. I better get home before it starts. I walked quickly until I bumped in to someone making both of us to fall. "I am sorry" I bowed apologizing. The guy was wearing a bucket hat with mask and hoodie so I can't see his face but he got up quickly and apologized.

He left before I can say anything. Somehow he seemed familiar. I stared at his back confused until I noticed a bracelet. It must be his. I took it and looked around to see where he went but the roads were empty. I sighed taking the bracelet and going home. He must have been in hurry that he didn't even notice it fell down. I cheered in excitement when I went home without getting wet in the rain. I love rain a lot but I can't afford to fall sick now. I have lot of work this week.

I changed and sat in the balcony watching the rain fall. I was so peaceful and happy with the things not knowing what tomorrow has for me. If only I knew. Nothing prepared me for the things happened on the next day.
