Destined Boyfriend (Jungkook)

"I should get going" I decided to leave but ahjumma stopped me by grabbing my hand. "Can you ask your friend to leave first?" my eyes bulged out as I heard her. Is she referring to Jungkook? But I thought I am the only one who can see him. "Which friend?" I chuckled nervously but it is clear she was referring to him. "The one standing beside you now" she turned and looked exactly where Jungkook was standing. I glanced at him and realized he was looking at me already. His expression screamed help clearly. But I couldn't help him either.

I wasn't even aware of what to do. I was scared too. "Don't worry I mean no harm to neither of you" I bit my lip contemplating what to do. I sighed at last and asked him to leave. "What? I am not leaving you alone with her. Not after what I heard" Jungkook yelled at me. I flinched not expecting him to burst like that. "I will be fine. If I need you, I will scream your name" I whispered glancing at ahjumma. She must have heard me cause she chuckled at me. "Fine, I will be outside the door" he cautiously walked toward the front door. "He seems possessive of you"

"I wouldn't say that. He is just worried" I shrugged at her words not wanting to get my hopes up. I am sure he just cares cause I am the only who can see him. that's it right? "I won't think so" I sighed. "What did you wanted to talk about?" she smiled moving around to sit on the couch. "Come and sit down" I eyed her warily. You know it is not easy after what she said few minutes back. I can't trust her completely. "How can you see him?"

"Let's just say I am gifted like that" her smile was ticking me off. "I can sense ghost and their present" I glared at her. "He is not a ghost" she laughed at me. "Right, he is a spirit who is out of his body" I turned my attention to her. "This is not the first time I have seen something like this. I am sure you have seen his bad side too already" my eyes widened in surprise. "How do you know?"

"We all have the energy surrounding us all the time like an aura. When you are in depression or in wrong way, your energy turns in to negative and it is a bad thing. Only positive energy can equal it" I frowned. "This sounds like a science class" she throwed her head back and laughed. "Isn't science created from the real facts too" I looked at her waiting for her to continue. "I am not sure what caused him to be like this but you will face lot of problems as he will turn in to his  negative side. You should take care of him cause you are the only one who can control him"

"Why me?" she shrugged her shoulders. "I am not sure about it either but I can sense it" I thought back to what happened last night. "Is there any way I can stop him from being like that?" I don't want to see him that way. "I don't think so. You see it is not some theory I can tell you. it differs from person to person so you should figure it out on your own" she patted my head. "I can see you both care for each other so you will figure it out soon"

"It is all so weird" I rambled about everything has been happening and she listened to me patiently. "He loves you" my head snapped towards her. "What?" she had this knowing smile on her face. "He took care of you whole night and worried about you" I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "But you weren't in home last night"

"I came back and have seen enough to say this" I don't think he does. But what if he really does so. Either way he will leave once everything is sorted. "I just wanted to tell you that always follow your heart. Cause if you don't you will regret it in the end" she got up from the seat. "I think you should leave. I am sure he is dying outside" I laughed at her words. "Thanks for everything" I gave her a hug. "Take care of yourselves"

"Bye" I waved as I walked outside. I jumped back when I saw Jungkook was leaning on the door with his ear pointed towards the door. "You scared me" he looked me up and down as in checking for injuries. "Are you fine?" I rolled my eyes at his behaviour. "I am fine Jungkook. Let's go" I didn't wait for him and started walking. "Hey wait for me" he ran to catch up with me. "What did she say?" I grinned at him. "It's a secret" he looked at me baffled. "What? You are not going to tell me?"

"Nope" he whined like a kid. "That's not fair. I shouldn't have listened to your words" I stopped walking and looked at him. "She just had a gift of seeing spirits and ghosts" he frowned. "I don't think it is a gift. More like it is a curse" I shook my head. "Not in all cases. I am sure she had her fare case of happy times too" he hummed but I can see he wasn't agreeing with me. "What did she say about me though?" I thought about our conversation. 

"Jungkook~ah" I called him contemplating whether should I ask him or not? "Huh?" I raised my head and looked at him. "I want to ask you something but promise me you will answer me truly" he looked confused but he promised anyway. "Do you like me?" I questioned him lowly but I wasn't ready for his answer at that moment. My face drained all colour when I heard his answer. I truly regret asking him this question.
