??? POV:

"Hmm." I looked at the cave. Maybe its a secret entrance! Ooh!

I walked towards the cave as many bats flew out. They crowded around me, but I swatted them away.

"Shay? I don't think this is a good idea!" I turned towards Trinity.

"It's fine!" I turned back around and stepped into the cave and cautiously, taking small steps. I could hear Trinity follow behind me.

"Stay close." I said, going deeper into the darkness.

"Luckily I have a flashlight." Trin pulled out a flashlight and turned it on. It was one of those tiny ones.

I rolled my eyes and kept moving. I placed my hands on the walls for support, as something crawled up my arm. I let out a small yelp and brushed it off. She handed me the flashlight and bent down to look at it.

"It's just a small spider. Nothing to be afraid about." She stood up straight. "Do you hear that?"

I glanced up and put my hands on my hips. "Don't fool with me, Trin. You know I hate it."

"Seriously, listen-"

"I'm not gonna' fall for your dumb little tricks Trin! Come on, its not like these tiny little baby spiders are going to-"

I was cut off by a group of the Blood Fiends that had flew out of the cave earlier. They came our way and tried to flee. We hit them off and out of the cave.

"What are they so afraid of to leave their home?" I said as we walked closer. I tripped over a rock and fell. As I got up, I looked around at the cave. Small spiders crowded the walls and ceiling.

"I think the Blood Fiends had friends." Trin pointed ahead of me. I turned around slowly as I faced the uninvited guest.
