Before I start, this is my first fan-fic. I know its gonna be bad, but hang in there, I will get better over time. Also, tell me if you like it, if you do, I'll keep writing. And thanks for reading :-)

I look back at the empty room I'd been living in for the past 3 months one last time. "If you ever need anything, just call me alright?" Aunt Sammy said, "I'll be here."
"I'll be alright, don't worry." I tell her, trying to assure myself more than her, really.
"I know. Just- just call me once you land in Austin, okay?" As she says that, a taxi pulls up into the driveway. I give her one last hug, then grab as many bags as I could carry, the others being carried by Sammy, and we headed out the door
She helped me put my bags in the trunk, and told the driver to take us to the Denver Airport.
She helped me get all my bags on the plane, and walked with me until I reached my flight. "Flight 873 to Austin, Texas now boarding" A voice boomed through the speakers.
"Well, I guess this is goodbye, Dove." She said, "Bye Auntie, I'll talk to you soon, alright?" She just nods and keeps looking at the floor.
I pick up my bags that had extra clothes and stuff just in case my luggage gets lost and board my flight. I put the larger bag in the over head compartment, and set the backpack in front of me. I put on some music, and was soon fast asleep.
I was shooken awake by a flight attendant, who smiled and said "We are about to land, so could you please put away your phone?"
"Of course, Ma'am." I mumbled, just loud enough for her to hear me, and turned my ipod off.
We soon landed in Austin, and once I got off the plane, I searched the sea of people until I saw a familiar face.
I ran up to him yelling "Uncle Geoff! Uncle! Unc- UNCLE GEOFF!!" He looks over and smile when he sees me
"Its been awhile kiddo!" He says while giving me a bear-hug. "Let's go get your bags, huh?" He says
"Let's do it."
While Uncle Geoff (or I guess I will call him Dad now, huh? That's gonna be weird for awhile I thought to myself) took us to luggage, I couldn't help but thinkaybe Austin won't be so bad as a Ramsey, after all.
