A Very Ell Day

*Fatma’s POV*

Today is the day that I will finally spend a day with Ellington. We agreed that Ell would pick me up at 1 PM. It’s 12:45 AM right now and I’m already ready. I wore some skinny jeans with a black nirvana tank top. To be honest I don’t even listen or know much about nirvana, but I just really love the clothes. The clothes are so simple and still awesome, I just love them. I just let my hair down in its natural wavy look. I have never been a lover of makeup, but I’m going to hang out with Ell today. So I should look a little nice. I just put some concealer to cover some imperfections on my face. After I just put some powder on my face and to finish it I just put some mascara, a thin eyeliner line and some pink lipstick. I just let my blue/green eyes come out, but I put most of the attention to my lips with a bright pink lipstick. To finish the look I am wearing some totally black vans. I have never been a huge fan of purses, so I just put my phone and some money into my pockets for today. Ellington said that he already planned a simple yet awesome day, so I can’t wait.

Finally Ellington came to pick me up and we went for a little drive.

“Where are we going?” I asked curiously.

“None of your business! Just wait and you’ll see when we’ll arrive” he responded laughing at my curiosity.

“Ok whatever” I said simply, but we both know that I’m not really into surprises and that I’m fucking curious about our destination right now.

Finally after a 20 minute drive we came to our destination. And it was a kermis. Oh my I love amusement parks so much!

“Here we are miss curious” Ell said laughing.

“Oh My God this is going to be so much fun Ell!” I said jumping and hugging Ell.

“C’mon let’s go” Ellington said and we both went in.

For the next 4 hours we went in rollercoasters, the things that’s actually meant for kids and we played several games. Ellington won me a ginormous penguin. I just wanted that thing so badly, but I just couldn’t win it. I was about to offer the guy money to buy the penguin, but then Ell tried a few times and won it for me. So sweet and good of him. It was around 6 PM now and the park announced that it was going to close in like half an hour. So Ell and I went into a few other rides and decided to go and get something to eat. We went to a little nice restaurant that has some tables outside that gives you a beautiful look on the sea. Ell and I sat outside obviously! And ordered something to eat for us both. I wanted spaghetti and Ell ordered some hamburgers with some fries. After dinner we went back home. Ell brought me all the way to the door. I offered to let him in, I mean he is all of our friends and he could hang a little bit with the others too, but he said he was a little tired. I went to Ell and hugged him tightly.

“Thank you for an amazing night. I missed spending time with you.” I said.

“You’re welcome.” He said smiling widely towards me.

And then all of a sudden I started tearing up. I just got so emotional. I am happy, but also sad. I just don’t know what happened. I guess it was that time to let go of the tears I held back for a while, to refresh myself again and just to let the tears out.

“Hey what happened?” Ell asked worried embracing me for a supportive hug.

“I don’t know. I just- I think it was time to just let the tears flow.” I answered hugging him back tightly.

“Aaaaw you are weird, but I kind of understand you. Just let it all out.” He said kind of laughing and still hugging me tightly.

“Thank you Ellington. That’s why you’re my best friend.” I said still crying and smiling about Ell’s comment.

After letting the tears out for a while I pulled back from the hug. Ellington’s hands were still on my waist.

“Are you feeling better now?” he asked.

“Yeah, much better.” I responded.

“Ok, good.” He said coming closer and kissed my forehead gently. I liked it when he did that. It showed me that he cared about me. Every time when I cried or had a bad day, Ellington would always kiss my forehead at the end of the day. It would always make me feel so much better and show me that he’s a true friend that cared about my feelings.

“Thanks again for an amazing day, dinner and of course for the beautiful ginormous penguin.” I said laughing while holding the penguin tightly.

“It was my pleasure. We will do it again anytime soon. But I’m really craving some sleep now.” He said, which kind of made me crack up. Haha he looked tired though, but to be honest I was tired too. I mean we spend a whole afternoon in an amusement park. Happiness kind of makes you tired.

“Haha ok. Goodnight Ell” I said giving him a little kiss on the cheek as like a goodnight kiss.

“Ooh thanks for the goodnight kissy.” Ellington responded and gave me a quick kiss on the cheek too.

“All right, bye Ell” I said as he walked back home and I went inside. Today was totally fun!
