"did you prepare all this?" she asked and he nodded. "at home, but i begged my members to bring them here." he said and she nodded her head slightly.

chanyeol smiled, opening the basket and pulled out the food containers and some bottle of water and two coffee thermos.

"they always set fireworks here and after walking here a month ago, i found this spot which has the best view of them." he smiled and she nodded her head a bit.

if jennie was the one that did this, my heart would flutter- wait, why am i thinking about her anyways? snap out of it, chaeyoung! she scold herself mentally and slapped forehead.

"are you okay?" he asked and she smiled awkwardly and nodded her head slightly.

"are you sure?" he confirms and she nodded.

letting herself calm down, she feels the cold breeze tickling her skin. the sound of the wind blowing, it was nostalgic. she misses her hometown.

tears formed in her eyes and when chanyeol notices them, he quickly got up and leaned towards her. "are you okay?" he asked and she wrapped her arms around his nape, straddling on his lap as she buries her head into his neck.

"just for a moment, let's stay like this."
