Chapter 2

Breian' s POV

I smiled as soon as I closed the door. I picked up my phone from my pocket and dialed his number.

" Why the heck are you calling?" An annoyed and deep voice welcomed me

" Oh, it seems like you are not interested about this" I smirked while heading to my laboratory

" Heck no. Who would be interested to your f*cking nonsense?"

" So you think that the things that i told you about are all nonsense?" Tae, puro nonsense? Hindi nga niya makikilala si Ryia kung hindi Dahil sa'kin

" If isn't nonsense what could it be?"

Napakibit balikat nalang ako sa sinabi niya. I smirked, ano kaya ang magiging reaksyon niya kung sasabihin ko ang tungkol dito sa kanya?

" Oh and again, don't ever call me again, I am busy with something else"

" Huh? Okay. Mas importante pa ba 'yan ke'sa kanya?"

" What the fv----"

I sighed acting like a hopeless person" Suit yourself man, I have to go, need to run some tests for her"

Hindi ko na siya pinasalita and by that, i ended the call and opened the door, leading me to my lab. Ang ganda talagang i- joke yung lalaking 'yon. Gusto ko mang sabihin pero hindi pwede, baka mas lumala ang kondition ni Ryia dahil sa kanya. Before i entered, the scanner scanned my face and red lines kinda hurt my eyes and the door automatically opened .

" Good day Mr. Vice President" the machine said. While slowly opening the metallic door

I entered the room where some scientist are using some equipments with their own groups. Sa lugar na ito, pwede kang makagawa ng kahit anong bagay. Nakakamatay man ito o nakakatulong sa mga tao pero kung ikaw mismo ang magtatraidor sa organisasyong ito, wala pang isang segundo ay pupunta kana agad ng Mars.

Pumunta ako sa aking office, marami ang bumati sa'kin papuntang opisina. I just gave them a nod and a smile. I opened the door and saw my assistant examining a document, wearing a white doctor's coat , blue shirt and a ankle cut grey pants.

" Zup girl" i smiled at her and dang!, It was useless, she didn't even turned to me while greeting

"Hey" she lazily said while looking at the paper that she holds.

"What's that?" I ask her while walking to my chair

" Just doing a research for my new potion"

"Okay, just continue" i smiled at her again while pulling the chair and sat on it. Dammit, she didn't even looked at me nor smiled. What a strange girl .Tsk, i just opened my laptop and checked my email if there are any updates.

After a few hours of reading updates, tiningnan ko ang orasan para malaman kung ilang oras na ako nakatutok sa laptop.

" Limang oras na pala ang nakalipas" uminat muna ako bago ko itinuon ang attention kay Thea

" Thea, kanina ka pa nagbabasa diyan ha, hindi ka ba napapagod?" Tumayo na ako at kinlose ang laptop

"Sorry sir, this research is important. Hindi ako dapat magpaligoy ligoy dito." Sabi niya habang palipat lipat ang tingin niya sa kanyang binabasa at sa isang notebook na sinusulatan niya

"Kung ganon, go find some help with your group, maybe they would be delighted to help you" tinipon ko na ang lahat na documents sa isang lugar.

" Sorry sir, i prefer to do this time alone" she sighed and at last! She put the papers down and looked at me. I was mesmerized by her purple eyes glowing even though she is wearing a glasses. After a few seconds she looked away.
