assistance | david + natalie (not finishing)

Part 2

Jason and I were driving back to my place, the car was silent until I  to spoke, "Jason, can you postmates Panda Express to my house". He picked up his phone and ordered it.

When we got home, our postmates was standing at the door and she passed us the bag of food, "Thank you, sorry for making you wait" i said, "no, no it's okay. I wasn't here for very long" she replied, I gave her an extra tip, but she wouldn't take it, "No, I insist" I say, Jason also pulled out his wallet and gave the lady a tip as well. "You two are so kind, Thank you," she smiled. Jason and I walked inside and placed the food on the table. I switched the TV on and we watched The Wolf of Wall Street, i checked my phone to see if Natalie has messaged me but nothing.

It was late and the movie had finished, "I have to go home, it's a school night," Jason said, he left and I stayed up editing my vlog.

I don't know what time it was but the sun was up and as I was falling asleep I heard a loud knock at the door, I shot up, "holy shit" I said to myself.
I stood up and quickly ran to the mirror to make myself look presentable, I comb my hair with my hands and wipe my face. When I walk to the door I notice that it was Natalie, I was happy to see her and she looked well.
"Natalie, what do you have here," I asked her as she opened the door. She brought me breakfast. She sets her keys and the food on the table and we dig in, kind of.

As I'm stuffing my face I look up to her and she hasn't eaten anything, "What's wrong?" I asked, "Nothing." she replied, I can tell that there is something going on. "No, I'm being serious. What's wrong?" Natalie quickly stood up and walked to the bathroom, I followed after her and she slammed the door in my face, I try to open it but it was locked, "Natalie,"
"I'm fine David, please go and eat your breakfast" she yelled. I placed my ear on the door and I could hear faint crying. "Natalie, are you okay?" I asked, "Yes, I am." her voice was muffled.
I lightly tap the door and asked if I could come in, the door clicked and it slightly opened, Natalie was sitting on the toilet with her face in her hands. I wondered what had happened to her because usually she is really bubbly and outgoing, Did this have something to do with yesterday and the notification on her phone? She stood up and I opened my arms, inviting her in for a hug, she wrapped her arms around me and began to cry into my chest. As close as we are, I've never seen her like this, so I didn't know what to do.
"What happened?" I asked, she released herself from the hug and wiped her face,
"I don't want to talk about it" "Please, was it Jason?" I asked, "No, don't worry about it," Natalie laughed, "now finish your vlog and get some sleep, I'm moving in today."
I listened to Natalie and finished editing my vlog and then went to bed, but I couldn't fall asleep.
What the hell happened to Natalie, I wondered.

I woke up and looked at the time, it was 2pm. Oh my god, I have to help Natalie move in. I had a shower, brushed my teeth, grabbed my vlog camera and quickly left to go help her.
I don't remember falling asleep, all I remembered was Natalie. I soon arrived at her apartment, I knocked on her door and she opened it, her eyes were red and puffy, you could tell she had been crying but I didn't want to ask if her if she was alright again, because that didn't end well earlier. "I guess it's just me and you," she said. "What do you mean, where's Logan?" I asked (I changed the name of Natalie's boyfriend btw) "Uhh, he's.. he's busy," she stuttered, I gave her a confused look and she mocked me, "If we don't get started now, we'll be here all night," she snapped. I laughed and I picked up my phone and I text Josh, Todd and Scott to see if they were available to help us.

Natalie was in her bedroom packing her clothes and I was in the kitchen packing the cutlery. Todd and Scott walked in, followed by Josh, ten minutes later.
In no time the apartment was packed and we carried the boxes into the moving van, my car, Natalie's car, Scott's car and Josh's car. "Thank you guys," Natalie smiled. "Anytime," Josh replied.

I hopped in my car with Todd and we went to my house. Josh, Scott and Natalie took their own cars.

"So, a girl is moving in with you" Todd teased, "Shut up, we're just friends" I say. "Not for long," he laughed. I started to blush so I fanned my face and turned on the air con to make it look like it was getting hot. "She has a boyfriend, you know."
"Oh, why wasn't he helping her today?" Todd asked,
"Natalie said he was busy," Todd looked at me, "Really? Too busy to help his girlfriend?" I guess he's right, where the hell was Logan?

We arrived at my house, the movers were here, Natalie and Scott too. We started unpacking the cars and finally Josh had arrived. "Where were you, you have the bed." I questioned, "I went to Taco Bell and the line was long, by the time I got in I couldn't back out because there was someone behind me." He explained. I laughed at him and we brought the Taco Bell inside.

Everybody sat down and started eating, we chowed down and talked about how Natalie would want her room to look like. When we were done eating, I went outside with Natalie while Scott and Todd cleaned up. She grabbed a box out of her car and I started to record her for my vlog. "So, Natalie is moving in today and she's holding a box full of spiders," I laugh, "David, I know it's not spiders. This is way too heavy." She began walking into my house with the box in her arms. "It would be great footage if you fell right now," I yell to her. "Shut up," she smiled. As she finished her sentence she started to stumble, I decided to put my camera down and help her. "Here, I got it," I grab the box out of her arms and she glares at me, "I thought you said that if I fell it would be good footage," "yeah, but I happened to be gentleman," I said. I carried the box inside and Natalie went back to her car and grabbed another box.

Also, I am not a writer and I'm doing this for FUN!!
