Chapter 5: Prom preparation

After yesterday's incident with Senia even when i don't want to i must help her so i decided to help her but first i need to meet up with Futaba

Sakuta's POV

I meet up with Futaba and explained what happen "so the "buta yarou" Sakuta's beloved Syndrome is back" "i never said i love it" she wipe her glasses "well you basically just have to do what you always do figure out the problem and solve it only this time you have a time limit" "what happen if i don't make it in 3 days?" She puts on her glasses "i don't know but the worse case is she will disappear from existence" i was shocked by the answer "sigh guess i have no choice" i get out of the lab i thought Senia won't come to school since there is no point for her to be at school since nobody can see her but they do stilk remember her

I wonder across the school everyone was preparing everything for the prom the stage the disco lamp the speaker everything and as i walk to the place that is suppose to be the dance floor which is the gym court i saw Senia Standing and just looking at the place i went up to her "hey what are you looking at" "huh? Oh Azusagawa-san nothing im only daydreaming" i can already tell she was lying "ok what happen" i talk pretending to be intimidating "no its nothing really its nothing" there is no point on forcing her to say it at this time "you know we might not know each other well but its ok to talk about things better than to keep it inside this is not the first time i handle the syndrome" "ok" she seemed to ignore me "just so you know im willing to help or even just to listen" "ok" i sigh "ok then bye" "bye" i left the place and went home since there is nothing i can do

I went home just laying on my couch thinking what is bothering Senia what's wrong with prom anyway? What happened to her i wonder

Senia's POV

I can't... But i know i can trust Azusagawa but i don't want to tell him what i did it is all my fault i suppose i can just go home... I went home i door is locked maybe Ruby locked it since she can't see me... I knock on Azusagawa-san's door he didn't answer i opened the door and wen to the living room and saw him sleeping

Sakuta's POV

She woked me up "hmm? Senia? What are you doing here?" "My door is locked do you think i can sleep here?" Of course this would happen "yeah why not... You hungry? I can make lunch" "sure" she smiled cold

After lunch

"So is there something you want? You can sleep in my room i can sleep on my couch" "well i wanted to ask you something since you dealt with this before" i got curious and wonder what she wanted to talk about "if i was a bad person will you still be friend with me? Will you be mad at me?" "Of course i will be mad at you" she was sad after she heard that "but that doesn't mean i wont be friend's with you.. Yess I'll be mad but i can still forgive you" she smiled a bit somehow my answer cheered her a bit "ohh ok" "why do you ask all the sudden?" She didn't answer the room was silent for a moment feels really awkward really "you know the reason i like prom is that is the one time i can spend time with all my friend all at the same time... Makes me feel good" she started crying "the reason i hate prom because" she cried harder "hey if you don't want to talk about it you dont have to you can telll me some other time" she wiped her tears off

Instead of talking about the prom we talked about something else to get to know each other better and now we got close to each other and before we know it the day is already became night "wow time sure does flies" "i know you better get to sleep Senia-san you need a rest" she was unsure for a while but then she went into my room where she will sleep as for me i prepared my couch i lay on the couch and sleep

Midnight

I was drifted to deep sleep until i got woked up when i look around i was surprised to see Senia was sleeping next to me i didn't want to interrupt her sleep so i ignore her

A few moments later she turned around and put her hands around me as if we were hugging i tried to go to sleep but i can't

Morning

No matter how hard i tried i couldn't sleep she woke up so i ask her why she sleep next to me "i was scared to sleep alone so i needed company" "sigh its ok" i got uo and make some coffee to reduce my tiredness "hey i wanna go to school to check on the prep wanna come with?" "Sure" we both got ready and went to school together

Senia POV

Me and him went to the school together come to think we both looked like a real couple... Hah! What am i thinking he had a boyfriend... We made it into the school and had a looked around after that we made our way into the ballroom AKA the gym at first i don't want to go but around Azusagawa-san i felt safe... We looked at the gym there are student that practiced dancing with their couple they looked so romantic i just stood there and looked... Then i looked at Azusagawa-san and i made my mind up "Azusagawa-san can you accompany to the roof?" "Huh? Sure" we went to the roof and i prepared my self to tell him

Sakuta's POV

She told me to accompany her to the roof and after we made it into the roof she was just standing and looking at me "what are we gonna do here? If your gonna confess its a no i already got a girlfriend" she blushed "no baka baka!!! Its not that... Its something else" i wanted to laugh but i can't "what is it about?" "Its about the prom" i was worried but curious at the same time "you know its ok if you dont want talk about it don't have to push yourself" "its ok a made up my mind the real reason i hat prom is...
