"My name is Azusagawa Sakuta my whole life i have been dealing by what its called puberty sindrome my little sister Azusagawa Kaede get bullied in school and suffer amnesia and cant be healed and its because of the puberty sindrome she cant leave her house or else she will collapse and get worse... One night i woke up with big scratch mark on my chest and i bleed hard i don't know what the cause of it but the doctor won't believe what i said they think im its just a mental illness... Soon after that my mom suffer mental illness because she didnt accept kaede condition and my dad look after her so he left me alone with kaede... A few years later i become a second grade in highschool during my days in highschool i meet a girl in a bunny costume strolling the library her name was Sakurajima Mai she was my senpai she is a celebrity that is temporarily retired she seems to suffer puberty sindrome aswell because she cant be seen by anyone... After that i help her out and eventually became her boyfriend... Since then day after day i keep dealing with puberty sindrome from Tomoe Koga that made everyday get repeated...
