Chapter 3 *Excitement*

I woke up in the morning feeling totally bummed because Niki left me so abruptly I couldnt even say what's wrong with her. I was dumbstruck I had nothing to say but what was I thinking before I passed out last night. "Niki found her mate, the love and lust in her eyes said it all last night but I didn't know who she was looking at" I said whisper yelling.

"Omg it's Michael" I screamed jumping out of my bed and running as fast as I could, I hit a shoe on the stairs and stubbed my toe as the pain throbbed but I had to tell Michael, my wolf was howling for joy and I couldnt contain it any longer. I jumped off the last 4steps of stairs and saw mike at the kitchen table I sprinted and jumped on top of him screaming "Niki Niki it's Niki".

My heart pounded knowing that my baby brother had finally found his mate.

Mike and I were on the floor when he yelled "What the fuck are you taking about Kay?" his face red from anger and curiosity

I huffed and said "Michael Niki is your mate!!!!"

"What are you talking about?"

"Did you feel a connection, a spark, or anything mabe your wolf getting crazy and riled up?"

"Truth yes my wolf was going crazy and I had a pull to someone but then the scent disappeared and my wolf was about to come out and rip someone's head off" he said with sadness and a nice glissten in his eye"

"Well then mike, isn't that a coincidence"

He looked at me with sorrow filled eyes

and his cheeks turning red " I don't want a mate Kay"

I looked at him with horror in my eyes "WHAT!!!!"
