Chapter 5 *Surprises*

As mike and I descended down the stairs I started to feel slightly dizzy, I didnt think much of it so I just pushed it aside. Mike gently grabbed my wrist when he saw I hesitantly stopped.

"Are you alright?" he said

"Yea come on" I started going down the stairs again, and mike kept giving me worryed glares

I saw about 30+ people inside the house, but I didn't see my best friend, as I scanned the crowd for her face I stopped as soon as I saw him. The most handsome, muscular toned, and tanned hunk starring right at me. Oh my god I thought, its.....its.... Marcus.

"MATE" my wolf screamed

By the time I had registered what was happening I was embracing in a bone crushing hug, and a delicate kiss to the cheek. I looked up startled as I remembered his muscular features, strong jaw, and eyes that were purple in dim light.

"Hi mate" he said, his voice so calming and sincere I almost screamed in delight

"Marcus.... your my mate?" I gasped at my own words, never in a million years would I have had thought that my best friend would be my mate.

Marcus smiled his black hair falling into his eyes slightly, I pushed them back and smiled so big my lips started to hurt. I hugged him and gave him a kiss on the lips, he responded istantly and deepened the kiss and I felt like I was in heaven. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he put his hands on my waist bringing me chest to chest with him.

I totally forgot that their were over 30 people watching us. I slowly pulled away from our kiss earning a sexy growl coming from my mate.

Everyone laughed and cheered that I had found my mate and peaple kept coming up to me hugging me and congratulating me.

After that was finished Marcus and I strode hand in hand walking to the porch doors opening to the beach were my party was with everyone following behind us.

I stepped outside and gasped, the beach was beautiful the water was shimmering under the moon and lights in big balloons, small, tiny, huge, and all different colors and sizes were scattered everwere, DJs playing music, bikini table with one Pieces and two pieces. Drinks, Food, foozball table, tennis set up, Bad mittin, and Volleyball. Everything was just breath taking.....and just perfect in everyway. Before I took another step everyone screamed "Happy birthday!!!!" and gave me hugs all around.

I walked toward the bikini table and changed behind a tree into a two piece hot pink scull bikini. When I walked out I noticed Marcus staring at me with Dark purple eyes, his wolf was at the surface and about to come out. 

I walked over to him and hugged him, I linked our hands together and started to walk with him to the water when I felt something sharp gouged into my back.

I growled so feircly that everyone immediately bowed thier heads in respect and acknowledgment. I turned around and saw a thin black haired girl with a bikini 5x too small to where her boobs were hanging out of her bikini. I sneered at her and chuckled at her inside my head but my face was no were's near happy.

This girl looked at me like I was dirt lookin me up and down and disrespecting me. Oh course my wolf didn't like this one bit and wanted to put that slut she-wolf in her place.

"You stole my mate bitch" she said with a grin and then I growled like I'd never done before. My blood boiled and my mate started speaking to her and saying he wasn't her mate and she started cursing at him but I couldnt hear I just kept repeating what that whore said. Then I felt a hard slap on my face, I moved my head up slowly my eyes turning dark red and then I saw that bitch laugh.

I shifted ripping my bikini to shreds and growled loudly, she did as well. I was a black wolf with piercing red eyes which I had no clue were I got them from and my front paw had white specs on it and my wolf was as big as a normal she wolf but a bit bigger because I was soon to be alpha. My shackles raised and I looked very intimidating and much much bigger.

The she-wolf in front of me cowered but took a step forward and lunged, I quickly dodged the attake and sunk my canines into her hind leg almost ripping it off, somehow she happened to grab my stomach when I flipped her over and bit me. That little bitch....I grabbed her by the neck and I felt her whimper when my canines dug into her fur while blood dyed the grass. I didn't feel her move any more just whimper, so I let her body fall to the ground. She rolled over with her ears down and tail in between her legs. I growled ferociously and the ground shook, my body started to get tingly and I was getting really light headed. I collapsed and my mate rushed to my side and started to yell "Somebody get the alphas hurry". In a blink of an eye my parents were in front of my wolf with worryed expressions, my dad came over and went to pick me up when he screamed and backed away from me.

I instantly felt very powerful and and noble, everyone started to gasp at what they were seeing before there eyes.

All around me seemed to shimmer and sparkle with bright lights, I started to feel myself being lifted off the ground but no-one was picking me up. I turned my sore head and saw everyone's shocked, and worryed expressions. Then my bones started cracking and elongating and my teeth got bigger and I could feel power emitting from me, that's when everything went black.
