The sun glaring in my eyes, barely making a silhouette of the girl standing infront of me.
"Hey Molli I'm Lucy - I hesitated, Lucy Taylor" I introduced myself. The sun noticingly moving behind a group of clouds, making it easier for me to see.
I smiled, Noticing the resemblence between myself and her.
The Long brown hair, the ripped jeans and the carelessness of looking anymore than half decent. We could get along quite well.
"Nice name Luce. Wait, I can call you that right?" She asked, adjusting her cross body bag. "Sure thing" I replied with a smile, shaking her hand.
"Nice bag pins" I acknowledged, trying to make out the different band names typed onto the small white pins. "Thanks girl"
As the she sat down next to me on the moist green grass, I finished eating my sandwhich, then spoke my bare thoughts. As usual.
"Hey, Not trying to come off with a rude vibe or anything, but dont you have anything better to do than hang out with a loner like myself" I laughed, throwing my hands in the air pointing out that there was no-one around me.
"Well one, slightly offended, and two, Cant a girl make new friends?" After agreeing with her we both laughed and then slowly decended into quietness.
Looking around, admiring the sights before me with a grin on my face, I locked eyes with the same mysterious boy from earlier. This time, holding some what of a smirk plastered accross his rugged face. I felt a blush creep up on my cheeks so I turned my head to make sure he didnt see me.
Why am I getting myself worked up over a probably horny teenage boy who I havent even spoken to? I need to take things down a noch. After all its just a boy.
Ah screw it.
"Molli, would you by any chance happen to know that boy?" I asked out of curiousity. "Which one?" There was a silent pause as she looked around, following the direction that my eyes were facing towards.
She grinned.
"Ahh, The one with the mini metal bars in his face and the tattoo that looks like a diseased skin growth?" I hesitantly giggle under my breath. "Well, yeah".
She sighs and leans in. "Trust me Luce, if theres some advice I can give you, ya know, you being the new chick and all. Is that you need to keep clear from that boy. He is nothing but trouble.
I'm quick again to ask a question. "Wait, you kno-"
But before I could even blink, She grabbed me by the arm and pulled me up as she stood. "Come on. I've got a lunch order to pick up, come with"
*One class and a lunchtime later*
I was sitting in Geography focussing on the notes being written on the whiteboard. I couldnt help but be distracted by the teachers hideous hair. I had a sudden urge to soak it under hot water and get every ounce of oil that was sitting on her scalp..
I was pulled out of my oddly satisfying train of thought by a familiar nokia text tone. It was from Molli-
It read: Hey Luce! U told me Geog was ur favourite class so hopefully you get this msg. Thoughts on going to the shops after? Just hang out and maybe get a coffee:) Mol xx
Reply: Sorry I've gotta be home before 4:/ rules are rules! Maybe another time? sorry x Lucy :-)

It had been a good 8 hours since school ended and I was rugged up in bed texting Molli.
I just had to ask her about what she said today. It sounded as if she knew that boy somehow, and I needed to know.
