Ch. 15

6 months later

No One's POV

It's been 6 months since Zura and Max had Aydian and Sages life changing emergency surgery, let's see how life has been over the last 6 months. First of all the triplets are now 7 months and Aydian is 6 months. They love to play together, and talk their baby gibber to each other as if they actually are talking.

Sage found out she was experimented on when she was a toddler and it caused internal damage and she knows that warlock is the one that caused it all. She had been a little depressed which is understandable, so her father sent her to a counselor and within a few months she was feeling better.

And these days she goes with Laci to volunteer at the local  supernatural orphanage. She find it healing, to help these little ones that don't have families. Reese is super proud of the work his mate is doing and is talking to a counselor about adoption in a few years.

Over the last 6 months they have heard of reports of vampire families being killed by rogues (unpacked werewolves) and they have no clue how to find these wolves. King Michealo thinks some witches are helping hide them so he can't stop them, so he's hired some witches he's known for many of years and have helped in times of troubles before.

Sage thinks a group of rogue vampires are helping hide them and believes they have been doing this for some time, but just started getting closer to them.

The twins are fearful that their children are in harm of one of these attacks but are prepared to protect their families at any cost.

Reese has been train with Sage and his uncle like crazy, he has a bit of fear from when he was attacked before and doesn't want to ever have that happen again.

Things are crazy but also wonderful, because they have the babies to distract them, even for a short time. The little ones are growing like weeds.

Josie and Miles kids looks are becoming more clear, Dean (hybrid) looks alot like his mommy with blue-green eyes and a small hint of gold, he has daddy's nose and light brown hair hair color. Scarlett (hybrid) is the opposite of Dean looks like her daddy with green-blue eyes and has mommy's nose and red hair. Claire (Vamp) is the odd ball she is the perfect mix of both parents but has light blonde hair and bright purple eyes, they think she'll have a special ability.

Zura and Max's son Aydian looks like his daddy with royal blue eyes except for his hair, it's turning light blue like his mommas.

The triplets are 7 months and are trying to crawl but they just scoot around, looking like swimming sea turtles. Which is super cute and gets everyone laughing when ever they try to move. The kids are eating baby food just like human kids, they can start eating blood or whatever their wolf halves want when they turn 8 years old.

Sage has been volunteering at the orphanage for sometime now and she loves seeing when families come to adopt. It warms heart heart to know that those kids have been through so much but finally get their happily ever after with a loving family.

She loves spending time with the special needs kids they don't get adopted right away, so she like to play with them when potential adopters arrive. She wants the families to see the potential in these lovely children and to show them that those kids need a home too. Many of the special needs kids are blinds and that is why their birth parents give them up, they believe that a blind child is a weak child but Sage is proving that the are strong in their own way.

She has been dragging Reese with her to the orphanage because she thinks it will help him with everything he's emotionally going through and she's right he's relaxing more.

Everyone can't wait to see what is coming to them next, whatever it is they will be ready. And they can all feel something big is coming.
