Ch. 4

*A/N: Okay so Max and Miles finding their mate took about a month and a half I don't think I made that clean is any part of chapter 3. Also just a reminder when words are 'in these' it's linklinking and not actual verbal words.

Sage

I've been living with my father for about a month now and I haven't hear anything from my mother, oh well her lose. I'm still in shock that my father is King Michealo, King of all vampires. I mean this is freaking awesome growing up he's been my idol and now my idol turns out to me my father, Awesome! At first he thought that I was afraid to talk to him but soon realized I only talk through mind-link. I remember the day at the airport.

~~Flashback~~ (Day Sage and King Michealo meet at airport)

I just got off the plane and am looking for someone holding a sign with my name. I spot him quite fast and rush over cause the crowd was making me nervous. As I'm walking close I can see that it's King Michealo, why would he be here for me? I stop in front of him and he smiles at me. "Sage, sweetheart your so beautiful. How was your flight?" I stay silent. "Okay.... Come on lets get your bags and head home, shall we?"

I get out my note book and wrote, 'Are you my father?' He looks at it and nods. I just nod back. "Sage, are you too shy to talk to your 'old' man?" He tries to joke about being 183 years old. I write, 'No, I'm mute..' "I see." I nod and spot my three bags. I point them out to him and he grabs all three. "Is this all, sweetheart?" I nod and write, 'Yes, I only brought clothes and my most favorite things.'

I smile at my father and how different he was compared to my mother. I heard Raven snort in the back of my head about mother. We get settled in the limo and my father turns to me and asked the question I knew was coming. "Sage, why are you mute? Can you not talk?" I write, 'I don't know if I can talk, I never really had anyone to talk to other then My wolf, Lola and my inner vamp, Raven. Mom was hardly there for me she was always at the Moonstone pack, leaving me alone at the house.' "Why didn't you just hang out with the other were's in the pack?"

I sigh, 'I didn't live on pack land, because I'm a hybrid and the Alpha had a bad past with hybrids. All hybrids were banned from pack land but because of mom he aloud me kind of be apart of the pack just never actually being apart/around them.' He then pulled my into a hug and I hugged him back. "Well, you wont be treated that way anymore. You'll be loved by me and my nephews so much that you wont know what to do with all the love. Oh and just talk to me through your mind-link." He kisses my forehead and I fall asleep in my fathers arms feeling loved and safe.

~~Flashback End~~

I was brought out of my thoughts by my fathers voice. "Sage did you hear anything I just said?" 'No.' He sighs, oops. "I said, your cousins with be home shortly, Max and Miles will have their mates. Reese didn't have the same luck as his brother's. So you should get your hunt in now and Raven stay clean please the staff is getting tried of you coming back covered in blood."

Raven decides to answer, 'But daddy, Lola and I like to play with our catch.' She pouts. "I don't care, just come back clean for me please?" 'Fine, but only for you daddy.' Lola and her are big daddy's girls I am too but I'm not a suck up like them. 'Oh shut up!' Lola and Raven mutter together, I giggle at them. I'm outside and about to head for my hunt when I smell the most wonderful scent in the world, my mate. My mate is near.

Reese

 As we are walking up to the front door of the mansion, well actually it's a castle but whatever. As I was saying as we walk to the front door I can feel Blaze wanting to surface, but I can't figure out why.

My brother's must of noticed me acting odd. "You alright?" Max asks. "No, Blaze wants control and I don't understand why?" Miles laughs, "Maybe your mate is really close, Dillon was like that when Josie came close before I laid eyes on her." Max nodded in agreement. "Ask Blaze why he wants control, that's what I did with Candy." Zura tell me. 'Blaze what's got into you?' -MATE- "Gotta go guys my mate awaits.... somewhere." "Good luck!" They all yell as I run around the back of the castle. Not really sure why I ran here but I guess it was Blaze.

No One's POV

Both, Sage and Reese went looking for each other. They end up missing each other because Sage went back into the castle and ran to the front of the house and Resse runs around the outside of the house hoping to spot his mate, only to find some of the fighters training. Reese thought he missed his mate this time and thought he lost his chance to finally met them.

He walked back around to the front of the castle and bumped into someone and he felt a tingle feeling, his eyes shot up and landed on the most beautiful girl in the world. Sage took a step back, not out of fear but shock, she is shocked to finally found her mate. She already loved his scent, a mix of rose and pine tree, she two favorite smells other then chocolate that is. Reese could take his eyes off of her, Sage felt the same, but then she remembered she's mute and wondered how he'd react to that.
