Tessa's trailer was ice cold as she undressed, tossing the old, tattered jean jacket onto the couch. Supernatural had ended almost two years ago, yet the spin-off, Wayward Sisters, has only begun. Long nights filming that as well as her role on Criminal Minds, as an agent, had taken over her social life almost entirely. The woman wanted nothing more than to go home and curl up next to her husband and children.
Almost on cue, the phone in her pocket began to buzz. Jensen's beautiful face lit up the screen.
"Hello, dear." She answered.
"Hey, baby. You all finished for the day?"
"Almost. I'm changing, showering, then should be home after that. You need anything at the house that I should grab on my way there?"
"Just you. We miss you."
"I miss ya'll too. Did you pull out the chicken for dinner?"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Okay. I'm gonna finish up here then."
"Alright, well, Belle went to Arianna's house for the night and Lilianna and Mitz are still napping. You'll be home soon?"
"As soon as I can be, lover."
"I love you." Tessa's lips pulled into a soft smile at her husband's words.
"I love you too, Jens."
