**MAJOR SPOILER ALERT**

 

Anime:

Over 20 episodes have been released so far! The most recent episode which you can watch on Crunchyroll is episode 9. It revolves around the match against Aobajousai. Aobajousai is strong. At first Karasuno was quite intimidated by them but Coach Ukai calmed them.

The reason that mostly got Nishinoya, Tanaka and Hinata pumped, was that a lot of girls were cheering for Oikawa. This made them determined not to lose and that determination probably came from jealousy.

Almost as soon as the game started, Oikawa could toss the ball to anyone as two spikers ran towards the net. Instead he decided to dump the ball himself. He says to Kageyama," Come on. I'll be doing the same thing again. Don't stand there so out of it. Pay attention." Kageyama, Tanaka and Hinata are angered, understandably.

When Kageyama gets the ball he also does the same thing with the same line but this was even more unexpected since Asahi, Hinata and Tanaka all thought they were getting the ball.

The first season is probably going to have around 25 episodes so you won't have to wait long before this season finishes.

 

Manga:

At the end of chapter 117, Tanaka and Daichi collide whilst trying to receive. They were playing against Wakutaniminami High School, their fourth opponent in the Spring Tournament. There was little to no damage done to Tanaka but Daichi got a blow to the jaw. His tooth also came out in the process! This literally had me jumping in my seat and it seemed like ages until the next chapter was released and Ennoshita, a candidate for future captain, substituted in his place.
