"Balik na tayo sa loob?" Tanong ko kay Hugo but he just groaned. He's just been hugging me from the back for about 30 minutes now and the party has already started. Buti nga lang ay mamaya pa ang speech ni tito.

"5 more minutes." Sabi pa niya at mas hinigpitan ang yakap niya sakin. I chuckled.

"Kanina mo pa sinasabi yan. Do you really miss me that much?" Tanong ko pa,

"Yes. I miss you so damn much, to the point that I'm going crazy every fcking day without you." Ngumuso naman ako.

"Will you please stop cursing? Kanina ka pa." Tumawa lang siya ng malakas.

"I'm sorry," Hinarap ko siya at binigyan ng maliit na halik sa labi, he smiled.

"You should change your profile picture on facebook. You look young there, baka akalain ng iba ay single ka pa." Nakangusong sabi ko, he placed both of his hands on my waist.

"I will, don't worry. You really don't get tired of stalking me don't you?" Ngumiti lang ako sa sinabi niya at kinurot ang braso niya.

"No. I'm just checking to make sure kung may babae bang umaaligid sayo habang wala ako." He kissed the tip of my nose and smiled.

"Only you my goddess." Bumalik na kami sa loob ng venue at buti nalang ay hindi pa masyado nagsisimula. His hands were on my waist guiding me to where his-- our friends was.

Napatingin sa amin si Kahlia na nakakunot ang noo but then her eyes went down to Hugo's hands. Napasinghap siya at dumalo naman sa kaniya si Zave.

"What happened?" Nag-aalalang tanong nito. She pointed at the both of us but Zave just smirked at her.

"You two.." Mahinang usal niya.

"Yep. She's finally, and officially mine." It felt so heart-warming to hear that from him, I immediately buried my face in his chest when I felt it heating up again. Tumili naman si Kahlia at hinatak ako palayo kay Hugo.

"You're blushing! Omg! I'm so happy for the both of you! Seah," I sensed the change of her tone kaya nginitian ko siya.

"Don't Kahl. I understand that what you did in the past had some reasons. At hindi ako galit sayo o sinisisi kita for anything. But, were still friends right?" Tanong ko, natigilan lang siya pero agad ring yumakap sakin.

"Of course we are! You have always been a part of this group, at hinding-hindi ka pwedeng matatanggal. Gosh! I'm getting emotional just because of you two!" Sambit pa nito at napakurap-kurap para mawala ang mga nangangaligid na luha sa mata niya. Hugo immediately snaked his hands around my waist kaya napatingin ako sa kaniya.

"Just protecting what's mine." Napangiti naman ako sa kaniya at hinalikan siya sa pisngi.

"Seah! Parang kani-kanina lang galit ka pa saming dalawa!" Sabi ni Zave, napasimangot naman ako.

"Sino ba ang hindi? You idiots ruined my first day in the office! Plus you Xavier Atienza even tried to reduce my management's pay! Pati mga inosenteng tao dinamay mo pa." Tumawa lang siya ng malakas.

"Napag-utosan lang ako. But I think Hugo hasn't told you this yet, but his company does not supervise yours. We had to convince Cameron Myerscough to tell you that just so matakot ka namin." Napataas naman ang isang kilay ko,

"So how'd the plan go then?"

"We failed." Napatingin ako kay Hugo.

"I told you babe, I will do anything in my power just to make you come back home for me." Kinurot ko ang braso niya.

"Even if it won't work." Sabi ko at inirapan siya, natawa lang silang dalawa ni Zave.

"Okay, what's going on in here--" Napawi ang pagiging cool ni Kade nung makita niya kaming dalawa ni Hugo.
