                     Chapter 3

 ***Lilly Pov***

 I waited for my parent's '''explaining''' that Stacey was talking about. Still feeling a bit worried cause I had felt something was wrong since my birthday was coming. But what was it still remained a mistery to me. My parent's talked to me about everything so what was it they haven't said?

"Hey babe" Tyler came in the room with a huge bag of chocolates and another hand full of bloodymarys drinks. Usually the favorite drink of vampires but werewolfs tent to drink them too althought they didn't need that amount of blood in them sometimes that's what kept them from hurting humans. We vampires of the house Alasters that were really the oldest of the clans. Although we still needed two gallons of blood per day to be in full control of ourselfs some tent to eat other things. They tried to eat raw meat most of the time since it was full of blood but I could eat almosta about anything. Didn't actually know why though. But on the days of the blood moon when we were most vulnerable to hunt humans without control, we mainly drank blood just to avoid any unnecessary public attention. And I was lucky enough that my birthday was on it. My parent's were so proud of me because of it. Not all vampires get a chance to have it on there birthday. It's rare and a gift. Gives you powers that normal moon vampires or werewolves don't have. They are normal with our normal gift except when a vampire or werewolf shifts for the first time on a blood moon it becomes extremely powerful. I smiled at Tyler and decided to ask him what was obvious to me.

"Hey honey! Chocolates for me and bloodymary's for you?" I asked with a happy face knowing they were for me.

"No. Chocolates for both of you and bloodymary's for me." he said it while winking at me. What! The hell.

 "No fair I'm the one that's in bed! Come on Stace let me have them all please." I said while pouding my lips so that she could feel sorry for me.

"Fine then but I want a bloodymary instead." doing the same to Tyler will help with her case so she pouded her lips.

"Ugh ok ok girl's always win damn it" said Tyler with a frustrated look handing Stacey one of his bloodymary's.

"Yayyy!!!" exited we cheered our victory. We knew that when it came to teaming up against Ty we always won.

While we were cheering my parents walked in with the doctor. 

"Hey girls. Why the victory squills?" asked my dad with a happy face. He was always smiling. When he wasn't worried about me that is.

"We won the never ending battle of how sweetly girls can change guys minds and well Tyler is an easy target." I giggled and blew a kiss to Tyler who was sitting on a couch right next to the window at the end of his drink.

"I'm starting to think you guys cheat" mom said with a pity look on Tyler's way.

"They do ma'am"

"Blah you love me so move on" smiling in a flirty way he blushed and gave up.

"She did it again Ty and she didn't even try" chuckled Stacey and mom joined her.

 "Oh I give up." he put his hand's on his forehead with a weird frustrating look.

The doc cleared his throat and started to talk "Are you aware of how serious shifting is miss Lilly?" silence for a moment. Everyone kept staring at me. So courage took over me.

"Yes doc. I'm aware on how serious this will be for me." I gently gave the doctor a smile.

"I'm glad you know cause being a hybrid will make it more difficult. Plus some hybrids can die when they shift for the first time. And I heard you're birthday is when the full blood moon will be so you could gain more power's than usual hybrids would. Not to mention it will be more painful then when a vampire or werewolf shifts for the first time on a regular day. And your partner could be a werewolf not necessarily a vampire. Plus you will most likely be hunted for your gift. Even though you are a pure blooded hybrid wich makes it by law a rightfully own birth gift so you can't be exiled some darkwolves would hunt you to drain the power from you so you have to be really strong on what's coming ahead for you. Training is a must! Oh I almost forgot when you get pregnant there's a big probability that the child may have the same amount of strength that you have there for bount to be haunted like you. So keep in mind the danger of your situation. Think twice before doing something stupid like most human teens do. Your mate will be very strong. An alpha I presume from your blood and the other analysis perform. These tent to show ones strongest side. From your medical characteristics I'm guessing there's more of a werewolf than a vampire so that's what tells me that your mate will end up being a werewolf instead of a vampire and an alpha one too. So safe is to say that your strong and so will be your mate. Hopefully your bones will crack in a leveled pain and not all at once. But you look strong enough. I'm sure you'll manage." he smiled and waited for me to talk while taking a few looks now and then to his clipboard.
