The Ally Ch. 1

Saithe Ariang has had very bad times in life, but not nearly as bad as this. It all started here..

Saithe's faint memory's came back, haunting her nightmares once more. But tonight a bit differently. She was in a hospital room and heard crying over behind a curtain. Her curious trait led her to open the curtain. There lie her dying mom and a 9 year old her. "Mommy please don't leave me all alone!" Cried her tiny self. "Please don't cry dear, I will never leave you" Replied her ill mother. Saithe looked away dreading that fateful day. "Wake up Saithe, " She told herself. "Now! " She sat up in bed, sweat covering her. "It's ok.. It was a dream, " She reminded herself. She look at the clock and gets dressed for another day in hell.

Making her way to school, she See's her old friend. Jane. Her and Jane go way back, yet Jane back stabbed her and is now a popular jerk. She quickly walks past her hoping not to be noticed. But her luck betrays her once more. "Oh Saithe! No hello to me now, hm? " Jane chants. Saithe turns around and replies, "Oh I didn't notice it was you with all that makeup you wear." Jane just snickers while others quietly laugh. Saithe walks to class as the bell rings.

The golden glow of the sun falls down the horizon. School is over and Saithe now makes her way home. She decides to take a new route, down a ally behind the old hotel. People say it's haunted but, she doesn't believe them. Faint sounds echo from the ally and Saithe tries to quietly listen. "Do you have it? " Says a gruff voice. "Yeah, ha they won't know it till morning! " Replied another less gruff voice. "Good, we don't need to be caught or the hunters will come. " The first guy remarks. Saithe accidentally steps on a chip bag that makes a loud pop. She hears footsteps running near her. The next thing she knows the two guys she overheard surround her. "Well look what we have here, " Says the gruffier man. "She smells delicious! " The other adds. "I-who are you?! " Saithe manages to say. "We are your worst nightmare, " The first guys says with a sly grin. Then that's when she notices it too late. They both have fangs, wolf looking ears, and a tail. She has run into werewolves. She slowly steps back hoping to run. "Fredrick I think we should give her a little gift" The gruff guy says quoting gift. "Yes, I agree Jayce. " Says Fredrick. Suddenly their eyes turn red as they eye Saithe. She decided not to wait for a death trap and runs immediately. She hears them running after her at a fast pace. "They will catch up soon" The thought immerges. She makes it to the park breathing heavily and unluckily trips. They are on top of her now. "Do the honor Jayce, " Says Fredrick. He jerks her up without hesitation. Then he bites her arm! "Ack! -" Saithe complains. She starts to feel light headed and see's the world start blurring. Her last memory was this- "Enjoy our gift lovely. Hope to meet again" Fredrick remarks.

Saithe wakes up in her bedroom. She feels her arm pulse and yelps. Her dad runs in "Saithe your awake! " He says worried and happy at the same time. Saithe croaks, "Why-when-how? ". Her dad sits by her bed. " People found you passed out in the park. So they called the police and my good friend there called me. After that I brought you home. " Saithe memory's suddenly flood back to her. "I noticed the bite marks on you." Her dads adds, his eyes wondering. "I never told you this but -long pause- I'm a wolf hunter. " Saithe's head turns to him. "What?! " She says shocked. "And it seems they bit you. I don't know whether to kill you on the spot or not. " He sharply says. Saithe can't manage her words. But finally says "What do you mean father.. ". He looked at her eyes filled with tears. " You will turn into a werewolf. So I must kill you.". He then gets up and pulls a gun. Saithe watches him aim it at her. "This is it. I die by my fathers hands. " She thinks. Then he shoots boom. But misses. He seems as shocked as her that he missed. He is amazing with guns so this is rare. Taking the chance Saithe ran out of the house into the woods. She heard him trying to shoot her. Barely missing her ear. She made it far enough the shots stopped. The moon looked back at her as she wondered what just happened. Then a girl falls out of the sky beside her?! "Ow" The girl says. Saithe just stares at her questioning everything....
