Love at First Sight

Chapter - 3

But today, upon hearing these words from Yunlan made him think. Shen looked at him with the surprise in his eyes and said "how did you know?" or so he thought because he could hear himself just saying "how..."

Yunlan smiled at him so adorably and said "do you think I didn't notice the sadness in your eyes every night when you fell asleep?" His smile so mesmerizing but his eyes filled with guilt for making him suffer. "Do you believe me if I say I fell in love at first sight with you. "

"That day when I saw you in the company's anniversary, I was talking with my friends and I noticed they are not paying any attention to me but looking somewhere. I turned to the direction where they were staring and suddenly felt my heart skipped. I saw you for the first time then. It was not your beauty that attracted me; it was your grace and your smile that made me head over heels for you."

Shen was still in daze by Yunlan's revelations. This was the first time Yunlan speaking with him in long sentences.

"I wanted to speak with you, know about you and confess my love to you, but I thought it was too early and kept silent. Your father introduced you to me and my father; I've jumped with joy in my heart knowing I have a chance to win your heart. But you were so silent and didn't show any curiosity to speak with me. Do you know it hurt my heart so much!!" He made a pout with his plump lips and put his hand on his heart.

He smiled and continued speaking..

"Then they arranged our marriage for the sake of their business and friendship. I was so happy by hearing the news but I feared that you will cancel the marriage agreement. I wanted to talk with you before our marriage to know your opinion but you were not interested to speak with me and I didn't expected that our parents rushed our marriage and we got married in a week after their decision. You were neither happy nor sad in our marriage and I didn't know how to approach you. I felt guilty for not knowing your opinion about our marriage but selfishly happy for marrying you. I thought I can make you happy with my love"

He gave a pause, looked at Shen, he took his hand gently into his and started speaking again-

"But I didn't expect my mom's behavior towards you, I protested at first but it made her so mad and increased her dissatisfaction towards you. Every day when I came to our room, you fell asleep alone with a book in your hand, no one to speak with you and sometimes I saw you with dried tears on your cheek. My heart ached for seeing you, my love in such a state. I wanted to embrace you, kiss you, wanted to show my love and concern to you, but you were so distant towards me."

There was a hint of tears in Yunlan's eyes while saying that!!

"I thought to give as much time as you want to feel my love towards you, so I kept silent and bought a house for our own. It will be our home!! As you always wanted!! I wanted to make everything ready before we move there. The last thing I wanted to see is tears in your eyes but I couldn't help myself watching you sad and alone for these days. I'm so sorry for making you go through all these troubles. Will you forgive me?"

His eyes were now full of guilt for making his beloved suffer and his heart with a hope that Shen will forgive him and give him a chance.

Shen was stunned with his confession and happiness filled his heart. His eyes were filled with tears not with sadness but with the happiness of hearing Yunlan's love towards him. He looked at him with those teary eyes and said "Yunlan! I loved you since the day we first met at the company's anniversary event! But I ..." Shen was unable to finish his sentence with the emotion filling his heart and mind.

Yunlan suddenly embraced Shen to his warm body while Shen in return hugged him too. They remained in that position for a while. He gradually loosened his hug but still didn't take his hands around him and looked at Shen, and said in a low whisper "I love You Shen Wei!! Love you from the bottom of my heart!!"

Shen's face is now full of shy and blushing. He gripped Yunlan's collar with happiness and said in return "I love you too Yunlan! Love you forever!!"

Yunlan couldn't resist anymore and brought his face near Shen's and asked "May I?"

Shen rose his head, looked at him for a moment, Yunlan's eyes full of love and happiness. Shen closed his eyes with acceptance. Yunlan slowly touched Shen's lips with his fingers, caressed his hair near his ear, kissed his beautiful thin and rosy lips gently. Their first kiss!! So sweet, beautiful and full of love!!

He broke the kiss and looked at his face now reddened with blushing and Shen is still closing his eyes. Shen slowly opened his eyes, looked at Yunlan and gave a sweet smile. He still doesn't believe what's happening between them.

He moved his hand from his chest and put it around Yunlan's neck, tightened his hug and started kissing him again but with much passion and intense this time. Yunlan surprised with Shen's initiation and responded with the kiss as he held his hands around Shen's waist. He bit Yunlan's lower lip asking for the entrance and when Yunlan parted his lips, his tongue slid in tasting the sweetness; their tongues dancing and mating with each other. They didn't know how much time they spent like that, but broke their kiss to breath.

They looked at each other, smiling fondly.

Then Shen Wei's phone rang!!

They both were startled with the call and moved away. It was Shen's best friend Xiao Shin waiting for them at their new house along with Yunlan's friends for a long time to welcome the new couple into their home.

Yunlan started the car. Shen looked at him and realized Yunlan still wants more. He placed his hand on Yunlan's hand and said "don't worry Ah Lan, I'll compensate you"

By saying that Shen looked on the other side of the road for his face was flushed with shyness and he didn't saw the spark in Yunlan's eyes and small smile on his lips while driving to their new home.
