Cross's POV

I saw as Dream turned corrupted, I now that I messed up. I didn't mean for Nightmare to get hit, I didn't know that was going to happen! I lost my Nighty and it is all my fault, I know that a yandere  should never give up or surrender but I lost my senpai. Tears roll down my face, maybe I can reset?

I shake my head, to much has happened and I would feel horrible if I did reset. I guess the only option I have is to fight Dream. I walk towards him and he smirks. " So, ready for our fight?" I look down in guilt. "Let's just get this over with". 

Nightmare's POV

I watch as Dream makes the first attack, he swings at Nightmare with a purple staff. It was never suppose to happen like this! Cross swiftly dodges and tries to make a attack on Dream but it misses.

Shattered Dream's POV

I swing one last time and it hits Cross but then I see a figure running behind him. It was Nightmare! Nightmare held Cross in his arms and healed him, I could tell this was taking a lot of his energy. How is he still alive?! " We must get Cross to the hospital and now, I will explain later!" I shake my head and walk over to them, aiming the knife at Cross.

" Bye Bye Cross". I was about to stab Cross until Nightmare stands in front of Cross. "Dreamy, stop this!".  I lightly push Nightmare out of the way with a tentacle. I raise the knife once more until I felt a tug at my wrist.

It was Nightmare's tentacle, he wasn't in normal form anymore. " I said stop". His voice was deeper and he seemed serious but that didn't mean anything to me. I want Cross dead and I want him dead now. 

Nightmare's POV

I could only think of one thing to do, kiss Dream. I know it sounds like a fairy tail or it is from a book but it might be the only thing that works! I quickly rush over to Dream while the goo disappears from my body. I kiss Dream passionately and when I pulled back I saw something that struck horror in me.
