SIXTY CHAPTER
we arrived in a big mansion, He told me it was his second house,
Never thought he was that rich, but I didn't care about money.
We entered inside the mansion and the first thing I noticed was a big window that showed the seaside and the ocean.
It was beautiful.
"Wow.." I was wordless.
He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me from behind, kissing my cheek sweetly.
I was happy.
"I know you enough for saying that you need some time away from that place."
He said smiling.
"But Duncan, I don't have any clothes."
"No worries pasty, there are some clothes that you can use upstairs."
He pointed upstairs with his finger.
It was almost 6pm, I was sitting on the big couch made of black skin, reading a book while the fireplace was warming all the room.
Duncan came downstairs and threw himself on me and started kissing all over me.
I chuckled softly letting him doing it.
He smirked and asked me.
"Why don't you get ready for a fancy dinner?"
Why was he so sweet?
I smiled and kissed his cheek, I walked upstairs and opened the wardrobe, I noticed a black dress, I tried it, it was a tight dress that fitted me perfectly.
I went back downstairs and saw Duncan, he had his mouth wide open and his eyes could stop staring at me.
I winked and chuckled.
"Why someone is wordless."
He smirked
"Woah.."
He said surprised.
He took me to a fancy restaurant, with the sight on the sea.
After dinner we went for a walk on the seaside.
"So.." I opened the conversation.
"Does your parents know we are here?"
He let out a chuckle.
"They barely care that I'm alive, I don't mind what they think."
I looked at him confused.
"What do you mean?"
"Me and my father live in two different worlds, he's a big manager and I like burn things, we've never had a great relationship."
He said shaking his shoulders.
I felt bad for him, I knew what means don't have a paternity figure.
My father left my mother when my brother born.
He was always violent and had a struggle with alcohol.
When he was home it was a hell.
He was violent with my mother and me.
"I'm sorry."
I said truly.
"I know what you're passing thru."
I continued.
"Do you?"
He asked surprised.
"Yes, my father was gone when I was 12, my mother got crazy and got "obsessed" with me and my brother."
He stayed silent.
I looked down thinking about my traumatic past.
He stopped walking and raised my head with his finger.
"You don't have to be sad for the past, just live the present."
I smiled, he could made a bad thing into a superficial way.
I adored that thing.
We walked back to the mansion, he told me to wait on the couch as he walked to the kitchen, Duncan walked back with a bottle of wine and two glasses.
He poured some wine in the glasses and handled me one.
"Duncan.." I looked at the wine in the glass.
"Why did you take me here? I mean..Courtney is going to drive crazy."
He sighed.
"Gwen, don't think about her, she's nothing to me, I don't have any feelings for her, and if it is going to make you not overthink, I'll tell her about us."
Us, that word made me smile, we were a thing, just him and I, together.
He got closer to my face rubbing the tip of his nose on mine.
I grabbed him by the collar of the shirt and kissed him.
The kiss got passionate, he got on my lap and slid his hands under the dress.
CONTINUES.
