Δ Chapter 8 Δ

Han Jisung's P. O. V.

I woke up by my cousin who is imitating the sound of an annoying alarm clock, I sighed and pushed her out of my room saying that I will come down for a couple of minutes.

I wore my ripped jeans paired with a black shirt and slipped on my black converse.

I walked downstairs and find my mother and cousin sitting on the dining room eating breakfast, I joined them and took a spoonful of food and drank some water.

After that, I went with my cousin to the mall because my mother doesn't allow her to go alone so she begged me to go with her, and me being the obedient son I am, went to the mall with her.

As we went to the mall, my cousin, chowon, agreed that we will meet at the entrance of the mall at exactly 3 in the afternoon.

We went separate ways, she told me that she will be buying something at the pharmacy to buy some medicine for her mother who is having a fever, while I'm going to the department store to buy something.

As I reached to my favourite hoodie store. I spotted a familiar figure reaching for the top shelf of the store, where there are some cute hoodies are folded.

I walked behind her and reached a brown hoodie and handed it to her, as she turned and was about to thank me, our eyes widened as we realised one other.

"You!" we shouted and pointed each other at the same time, people at the store looked at us as if we escaped from the mental hospital.

Hwang Jieun's P. O. V.

After finally convincing Hyunjin for an hour to let me go to the mall by myself, I walked out of the house happily but then my mood changed as I saw Hyunjin also walked out spinning his car keys in his index fingers and with a smirk on his face, he walked towards me.

"What is it this time? " I asked him as I gritted my teeth.

"I will drive you to the mall because I don't trust you going there by yourself, what if you're on your way home and some punks are planning to rape you? Mom and Dad would kill me, and you know what will happen if the two are angry." he explained as we entered into his car, I sighed in defeat and agreed to the boy.

as we reached to the mall, I stepped out of the car and he opened the window of the car.

"Call me when you're ready to come home, OK? " I nodded and he drove off.

As I finished eating my third slice of pizza, I went out to the store and created a bee line towards my favourite hoodie store.

I've been canvassing some hoodies last month but there's one hoodie that I have laid my eyes on, it's a brown coloured hoodie.

I was having a difficult time finding the hoodie that I want and finally found it at the top shelf of the store. I wanted to ask for assistance to the staff but I know that I'll just bother them, it's not their fault that I'm just a 157 centimetre tall girl who can't reach the hoodie on the stupid shelf.

I reached out the hoodie but to my avail, I can't. I even raise the heel of my feet but ended up almost falling, mentally cursing at myself and questioned why my brother is like a fucking giant then there's me, whose height ka very short.

As I was about to reach for it again, a hand caught it and handed it to me. I turned around to face the person and thank them, I saw Jisung and our eyes widened as we realised one another.

"YOU! " we both shouted and pointed at each other at the same time, people around the store stared at us as if the two of us are crazy, and of course we apologised to everyone.

We turned to face each other and ask some questions.

"why are you here?"

"duh what do you expect when you see a person who is inside a hoodie store, of course to buy hoodies," I rolled my eyes as he asked me an obvious question.

"oh is that so, me too though. Wanna go and pay for our hoodies?" He scratched his nape and blushed because of embarrassment.

I laughed and agreed to go with him, he has great taste in choosing hoodies to be honest. He bought a maroon coloured hoodie.

After paying for our hoodies, we went around just for a while and I fished out my phone to text hyunjin to pick me up and told him that I was with Jisung so he replied that he will drop him off at his house.

"Hyunjin's picking me up at 5, and I also told him that I was with you so he's going to drop you off at your house. " I told Jisung as we walked outside of the mall, and he just nodded.

As we reached outside, a girl who is about Jisung's age come towards us and hits Jisung hard on the shoulder, me being the coward teenager, stepped behind and let the female hit the opposite gender.

Every hit made me flinch, it's either the way she hit Jisung or the volume of the hits jisung was receiving. she stopped her actions as her eyes made contact with mine.

"Oh I'm sorry for my actions, it's just Jisung here said that he will be here at exactly 3 in the afternoon but guess what, it's already 5:30." she explained and pinched Jisung's arm and he hits her arm as well,  damn why so feisty you two.

"can I ask you? if that's OK, " I told the the girl, she turned to face me and nodded as she smiled at me reassuringly.

"May I know what's your relationship with Jisung? " I ask as my curiosity got the best of me,

"Oh! I'm sorry again hahaha, my name is Han Chowon, Jisung's Cousin. We live in the same roof together with our mothers, and what's your  relationship with my cousin? "  she bowed as she introduced herself to me, so that's why they were so close to each other.

"I'm Hwang Jieun, Hwang Hyunjin's Sister who is Jisung's best friend. and Jisung's my friend." I smiled as I returned the gesture.

"Is that so," Chowon then stared at Jisung in a suspicious way, maybe it's just a cousin thing :|

I explained to her that Hyunjin will pick us up and drop them off at their house, and the girl just replied a nod.

After waiting for 10 minutes, Hyunjin showed up and the three of us entered the car, I sat at the passenger seat while the two sat on the back.

After we dropped the two teenagers off to the house, Hyunjin suggested that we'll go out and have dinner at a family restaurant that is a few blocks away from our house and being the fat teen I am, agreed to the older boy.

We finally arrived at the restaurant and ordered fried chicken, and fries. Hyunjin got himself a can of Cola while I got myself a glass of water.

I put the precious food in my mouth and it taste like heaven, I heard my brother chuckled at my behavior as he carried on eating his meal.

After my last gulp of water, me and my brother stand up, thanked the owner of the restaurant who is sitting on the counter and went out.

As we arrived at home, Hyunjin opened the door and the Two of us entered. I went towards the bathroom, took a quick bath and jumped on my bed, pulled the duvets and closed my eyes as I slowly drifted off to wonderland.

OK I'll just share some shut for y'all, on April 27th will be the saddest day me and my best friends are going to be because the STRAY KIDS' UNVEIL WORLD TOUR will be held at our country and we can't afford EVEN the CHEAPEST ticket cause we're broke af and it's not our fault we're broke :/

So yeah anyways...
