How Can I Heal a Broken Heart ?

It's been two years and Raph never forgot Mona Lisa ; His supposed love of his life has left him.

Under the sewers of New York , Raph was in his room napping. He couldn't just stop thinking about her. Being devastated never suited his tough appearance. But he didn't care about that.

Moaning , he groggily wakes and sits up before rubbing his forehead to see Chompy  . His pink baby alien turtle pet was chirping and nuzzling him. Causing the red cladded turtle to smile a bit as he petted his head.

Raph- Oh , Chompy. At least you won't leave me alone , besides my brothers , right ? Chee on a leaf if you will never leave.

Immediately , Chompy chewed on a leaf , meaning he will stay. Satisfied , he smiles and rubs Chompy's head.

Raph- I knew I could count on you.

Raph gets up with the baby turtle alien in his hold and walks out of his room.

Leo- Oh , hey Raph. You finally came out

Donnie- It's about time too. We thought you died in there.

Raph- ( quietly ) Wish I did .

Leo- ( raises brow ) What ?

Raph , alerted , he snaps his head back up , acting like he didn't say anything.

Raph- Nothing .

Mikey- If it's about , What's-Her-Name , forget her. She's long gone. Away .

Annoyed at the youngest brother , Donnie slaps the back of his head.

Mikey- Ow !

He rubs the back of his head to ease the pain . Donnie turns back to his brother.

Donnie- ( smiles sadly )We're just glad you're doing okay , Raph.

Leo smiles also at his younger brother.

Leo- Yeah. Hope you get better,  Raph.

Raph looks down at Chompy before looking up with a smile.

Raph- Thanks , you  guys. hey um , where's Master Splinter ?

Leo- He's in the training room .

Raph- Okay. Thanks.

He puts Chompy down and heads into the training room to see Splinter meditating peacefully. He carefully shuts the doors and approaches his rodent father .

Sensing his presence , Splinter calmly asks him.

Splinter - What seems to be troubling you , Raphael ?

Raph scratches the back of his head.

Raph- Uh , Master Splinter.... When we were in space...

Splinter- Uh huh.

Raph- I fell in love with a reptilian.

Splinter- Proceed.

Raph- But she left me. And... I was wondering.... How can you heal a broken heart ?

Hearing the question , Splinter stands up and walks to his student.

Splinter- My son. Those things happen all time to kids  around your age . It's normal. The feeling and the breakup was mutual. I mad many girls I liked. Bit when I met Tang Shen , I knew she was the right one for me . Her love for me  was strong and  healthy. And so was mine. And of course the day we confessed our true love for each other , Oruku Saki got envious , for he fell in love with Tang Shen . What I'm trying to say is to let her go. It would be severely unhealthy if you kept holding onto that pointless love for forever. Understood ?

Raph sighs heavily and looks down.

Raph- Hai , Sensei . Arigato .

Splinter- Good talk , son. Let me know when something else is bothering you.

Splinter smiles a bit before patting his shoulder and departs to a different room.Raph looks at him from behind hos shoulder as the doors closed again. Raph looks down . Almost fully understanding the advice he received, he takes a deep breath and smiles a bit before exiting the room and shutting the doors.
